The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining gardens, lawns, plants, trees, and landscaped areas to ensure the property consistently meets the high standards expected of a 4- and 5-star hotel. ROLE PURPOSE: To carry out maintenance, repair, modifications and alterations to customer or company owned, leased or operated aircraft. YOUR TASKS:<ul><li>Maintaining highest possible technical dispatch reliability whilst assessing multiple factors surrounding aircraft serviceability.</li><li>Fly onboard the company aircraft and provide Technical Support at outstations. Where the Aircraft has departed and a defect occurs during the flight, the Flying Spanner Engineer will observe and record as much detail as possible.</li><li>Ensure that aircraft maintenance is performed to the highest standards and at all times in compliance with applicable and approved data.</li><li>The Flying Spanner Engineer is the point of contact for each flight and will ensure, upon arrival, that the receiving engineer is briefed on any technical issues during the flight from both the Captain & Flying Spanner Engineer. All defects will be recorded by the Captain on the eTL, and events, incidents, and pertinent information should be recorded via the company reporting system and communicated to the duty Line Manager and/or MOC Manager.</li><li>The Flying Spanner Engineer will carry out a detailed walk-around inspection of the aircraft down route.</li><li>In the event of a technical defect down route, the engineer will contact BAH MOC and inform them of the defect. Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities, which may include pools, beach, entertainment zone/game-room, fitness center, and child activities center. Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facilities intended for the safety and welfare of guests and members. <h4>Position summary</h4> This position reports to the director of sales and distribution. He/she performs daily quality checks, ensures that all tasks are performed to The Ritz-Carlton standards. He/she is involved in scheduling and small projects to enhance sales and marketing services. Manage mini hotel inventory and ensure rate and market code accuracy in MARSHA and OPERA / Power of M. Submit reports outlining group performance for past, present, and future groups, focusing on groups past and approaching their cut-off dates. Process billing, room blocking, and other reservation tasks for groups. Ensure optimum service to bookers, guests, meeting planners, and other departments. <h4>Responsibilities</h4> The primary responsibilities of the role include: <h4>Sales & marketing</h4> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support for the sales executives, sales managers, director of business travel, director of (segment) sales, and director of sales and distribution.</li> <li>Filing system must be accessible and accurate at all times.</li> <li>Maintain a tracing system for follow-up work by the sales personnel you are assigned to.</li> <li>Manage department’s policies and procedures, training and development manuals, and relevant sales and marketing reports.</li> <li>Minute meetings, transcribe and distribute to all relevant parties.</li> <li>Retrieve and deliver departmental mail.</li> <li>Highest level of phone responsiveness within the department.
