We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Finishing Supervisor to oversee finishing works for villa construction projects. The successful candidate should have strong practical knowledge of block work, plastering, painting, and tile installation, along with the ability to supervise workers and ensure high-quality work is completed according to project requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Monitor block work, plastering, painting, tiling, and other finishing works.
Ensure all work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Manage and guide skilled workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
Check workmanship and identify defects or quality issues, ensuring timely rectification.
Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Project Manager, and other construction teams.
Monitor daily work progress and ensure activities are completed within the required schedule.
Ensure proper use and handling of construction materials and tools.
Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and proper work practices.
Prepare daily progress updates and report site issues to management.
Conduct inspections before handing over completed finishing works.
Requirements
Nationality: Indian
Age: 27–32 years
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in villa construction.
Hands-on experience in:
Block work
Plastering
Painting
Tile installation
General finishing works
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Good command of English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and site practices.
Good leadership, supervision, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
