We are looking for a passionate and service-driven Restaurant Supervisor Arabic Speaker to join the team at our Greek / Mediterranean Restaurant

What you ll be doing:

• Supervise the daily restaurant operation and ensure smooth service
• Lead, motivate, and support the team during each shift
• Ensure exceptional and personalised guest experiences
• Welcome and engage with guests, particularly Arabic-speaking guests
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally
• Ensure all service, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently maintained
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily priorities to the team
• Support training and coaching of team members
• Assist with staff scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and operational requirements
• Monitor restaurant supplies and assist with stock control
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities
• Excellent guest-service and communication skills
• Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
• Ability to work under pressure and lead by example
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
