Job Description What you will be doing: Reporting to the Director of Finance , responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Management: <ul> <li>Is responsible for operational IT management as which includes relationship management with Hotel GMs, EXCOM, HODs and other business-critical users.</li> <li>Is responsible for the proper business planning and budgeting of IT expenditures for the Hotels, as well as for compliance with the Accor IT policies and guidelines.</li> <li>Is creating business cases for justification of investments and expenditures to support the approval process.</li> <li>Is responsible for a regular status report about the hotel's actual IT situation to the GM and to the Area IT Director.</li> <li>Initiates and manages IT projects and consults the GM on strategic IT matters concerning the Hotel.</li> <li>Compliance of PCI DSS & GDPR</li> </ul> Hardware: <ul> <li>Ensures that the hotel works with Accor Hardware partners.</li> <li>Has a good relationship with Hardware Partners.</li> <li>Supports the Hotel in resolving Hardware issues through escalation of issues with Hardware partners.</li> <li>Considered as Hardware: Computers, Servers, Routers, Switches, Cables, PABX, Monitors, and Screens, Point of Sale devices, all relevant interfaces, UPS and related devices, and other active components.</li> </ul> Software: <ul> <li>Ensures that all Accor IT Policies and Guidelines are being applied in the hotel.</li> <li>Ensures that only original and properly licensed application programs according to the IT management s policy and requirements are running on the hotel s systems and computers.</li> <li>Has a good relationship to the Software suppliers.</li> <li>Supports the hotel in resolving Software issues by escalating of issues to Software suppliers.</li> </ul> User: <ul> <li>Ensures that no user in the hotel has access to programs other than those needed to perform the job.</li> <li>He/she is in charge of providing and maintaining a training program (in coordination with the Learning & Development department).</li> <li>This is to enable the best possible knowledge, skill level, and use of systems by all employees in the Hotel.</li> </ul> Security / Datasafe: <ul> <li>Is responsible for compliance of the Hotel with Accor IT Security Policy and General Data Protection.</li> <li>Is responsible for the backup of all relevant user-generated data, be it part of the general system or personal systems.</li> <li>He/she assures that always-relevant backup policies are duly respected and the system reaches the highest level of security.</li> <li>Servers Infrastructure Physical and Virtual</li> <li>Networks Data, Voice and Wi-Fi</li> <li>Property management systems (PMS) and Sales & Catering System (S&C) replacement or upgrade and alignment</li> <li>Central profile solutions (CP)</li> <li>Central reservations systems (CRS)</li> <li>Revenue management systems (RMS)</li> <li>Various middleware / Interfaces</li> <li>Data warehouse, reporting, and Business Intelligence (BI) Interface Only</li> <li>Sales force automation (SFA) - About the Role Eunoia Tech Consultancy is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and supervise the implementation of an upcoming large-scale digital transformation project in coordination with our technology partner. The successful candidate will represent Eunoia in project coordination, monitor the technology partner's delivery, coordinate with the client, and ensure the project is delivered according to the agreed scope, schedule, SLA, quality and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor the overall project implementation. Coordinate between Eunoia, technology partners and the client. Track project milestones, deliverables and deadlines. Monitor the technology partner's technical and operational performance. Review project progress reports and identify delays or risks. Coordinate requirements, testing, UAT and deployment activities. Monitor SLA and service performance. Manage project risks, issues and dependencies. Monitor project scope and change requests. Attend project meetings and prepare project reports. Your role includes conceptualizing and designing diverse marketing materials, maintaining awareness of design and hospitality trends, and collaborating with teams to meet deadlines. You will support campaigns across departments, especially in social media and mobile marketing, while analyzing market trends. It also involves conceptualizing, directing art, and designing artwork and collateral.</li> <li>Collaboration and communication: Collaborating closely with the team and other graphic designers to conceptualize ideas and execute accordingly, as well as liaising with suppliers and production companies to ensure accuracy and high-quality printed materials. Additionally, supporting the team throughout campaign and project execution and assisting with other responsibilities in the absence of team members or as assigned by the direct in-charge are key aspects.</li> <li>Deadline management and support: Ensuring all artwork is submitted within specified deadlines and supporting all departments with design requests and execution, particularly for social media, mobile marketing, tracking, analysis, and control.</li> <li>Market analysis and strategy: Gathering and analyzing intelligence on market threats and opportunities, building a destination-focused web strategy, and stimulating support for the development of the hotel's online strategy.</li> <li>Technology management: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of design and hospitality software, technologies, trends, and updates, as well as managing various e-tools such as eCRM, CMSs, and social media management platforms.</li> <li>Customer service and profit growth: Consistently offering professional, friendly, and engaging service, executing design plans in collaboration with the sales & marketing department to drive profit growth, and adhering to all hotel policies and procedures.</li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li>Technical skills and design expertise: Proficient in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Flash), MS Office, Corel Draw, and Acrobat. Strong technical understanding of web technologies (HTML, Flash, CSS, AJAX) and printing processes for both digital and print mediums. Creative design skills adaptable to current trends, brand standards, and market demands.</li> <li>Project management and attention to detail: Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and remain composed under pressure. Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards.</li> <li>Communication, language, and qualifications: Excellent organizational and communication skills. A degree in graphic design and/or proven experience in a similar role. Previous experience within the GCC region is highly preferred, with prior experience in the hospitality or luxury sector considered a strong advantage. Good understanding of luxury brand standards and environments. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Leads the strategy, installation, deployment, security, and ongoing management of all technology infrastructure for the luxury property during its pre-opening phase and into full operations. The role acts as the primary technical authority ensuring all hotel infrastructure meets Kempinski brand standards, local data regulations, and municipal compliance. Pre-Opening Technology Deployment & Handover <ul><li>Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT setup, including hardware installation, software configuration, system integration, and rigorous testing prior to launch.</li><li>Deploy core hospitality systems: Opera PMS, Simphony POS, Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Electronic Keycard Access, Guest Wi-Fi (HSIA), PABX/Telephony, and IPTV systems.</li><li>Work closely with MEP contractors, network consultants, and site developers during cable laying, server room setup, network rack installation, and commissioning.</li></ul>Infrastructure, Uptime & Operations <ul><li>Design and implement local high-availability network architectures (Cisco networking, Microsoft Server environments, VLANs, and firewall configurations).</li><li>Establish preventive maintenance and 24/7 technical support operations to ensure continuous system uptime across guest and Back-of-House (BOH) zones.</li></ul>Data Security, Compliance & Disaster Recovery <ul><li>Implement end-to-end cybersecurity protocols, role-based access controls, data backup frameworks, and business continuity/disaster recovery plans.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to Kempinski corporate IT standards, PCI-DSS payment security compliance, and Bahrain local data protection regulations.</li></ul>Vendor, Procurement & Budget Management <ul><li>Administer vendor SLAs, software licensing, system warranties, and maintenance contracts.</li><li>Manage departmental Operating Expenses (OpEx) and pre-opening Capital Expenditure (CapEx) budgets for all hardware and tech acquisitions.</li></ul> User Support, Training & Team Leadership <ul><li>Recruit, onboard, and train the IT support team.</li><li>Establish helpdesk workflows and deliver hotel-wide staff training on PMS/POS usage, core operational software, and cybersecurity awareness.</li></ul> </div>
