<p>We are currently looking to hire a Painter to join our dynamic Engineering Team. The Painter is responsible for maintaining the hotel's high standards of appearance by performing painting, finishing, and decorative maintenance work throughout guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house facilities, and exterior spaces. This role ensures that all painted surfaces are professionally maintained, contributing to the luxury environment and exceptional guest experience that Four Seasons is known for.</p>

<p><b>Key accountabilities</b>: Contribute to the development of the Risk-Based Internal Audit Plan, ensuring alignment with the CBB strategic goals, risk profile, global internal auditing standards and best practices. Professional accounting or internal audit qualifications such as ACCA/CIA/CPA. <p>Bachelors degree in civil engineering. Minimum 5 10 years of relevant construction experience. Minimum 2 3 years of experience in industrial projects (ALBA experience preferred). Experience in industrial construction projects such as aluminium plants, power plants, refineries, petrochemical plants, or heavy industrial facilities. Thorough knowledge of Building works (Industrial/Commercial/Residential) including but not limited to reinforced concrete, structural steel, foundations, roads, drainage, masonry, finishing, retrofitting & revamping works and infrastructure works. <p>Reporting to the Automation Lead, the job holder will be responsible for the following:</p>

<li>Manage all IT operations jobs like End of Days, Start of Days, file transfers, etc. via Control-M.</li>
<li>Control-M application software installation, configuration, deployment, and upgrades.</li>
<li>Advise on improving the way of working by bringing an automation-based perspective, proactively suggesting areas of improvement.</li>
<li>Ensure all the Control-M components are always designed and implemented with a high availability concept and increase overall process resiliency.</li>
<li>Should work with operating systems like Solaris, Linux, AIX, and Windows.</li>
<li>Scripting on various platforms and languages (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) to automate operations within Control-M jobs.</li>
<li>Install and manage Control-M modules, i.e., Control-M for backups, Control-M for OS, Control-M for database, Control-M for applications.</li>
<li>Install Control-M Server, Enterprise Manager, and agents (Windows, Unix, and Linux) along with monitoring and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Keep everything documented and all documents constantly up-to-date to keep the team aware of how procedures are running.</li>
<li>Manage the complete Control-M infrastructure in the bank, including installation, upgrade, and configuration of Control-M Workload Automation tool version 8/9+ and future versions.</li>
<li>Run all operation tasks on all banking applications including development, test, UAT/SIT, and production environments.</li>
<li>Automate the above operations and other tasks under Control-M to the maximum extent.</li>
<li>Document all tasks configured under Control-M with contingency plans for running the above jobs manually in case Control-M is not available.</li>
<li>Utilize the full functionality available under Control-M to innovate and improve all tasks running in GPH.</li>

Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing multiple outlets and large operational teams.<br>
Demonstrated experience overseeing banquet, conference, or large-scale event operations.<br>
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, labour costs, and food & beverage profitability.<br>

Ensure proper cooking techniques are being applied IAW standards and guidelines as established by NAVSUP P-486, NAVSUP P-7, The Armed Forces Recipe Service, NAVSUP P-476, Navy Food Service, NAVSUP P-580, Fat, Cholesterol and Calories List for General Messes, The New Professional Chef, and The Art and Science of Culinary Preparation. Maintain all equipment accountability and serviceability and turn-in and ordering of stockage levels using the Food Service Management (FSM) System. Provide meal planning services to ensure cycle menu planning is acceptable and sufficient supplies are available for the execution of daily meal preparation and serving processes. The majority of Galley operations will be to provide carry-out meals per NAVSUP P-486. The Galley Manager must ensure that all meals meet Nutritious and Acceptable Meal standards and guidelines as established by applicable NAVSUP regulations and The Armed Forces Recipe Service. Three meals are provided daily with an average daily headcount of over 120 patrons. Responsibilities + Manages and directs functions directly related to Galley operations + Utilizes the Food Service Management (FSM) system to order subsistence supplies, manage the galley operation and submit applicable food service forms at the end of each workday; ensures all information is accurate and timely + Develops 28-day menu cycle IAW Part A, Chapter 3 of NAVSUP P-486 + Maintains all equipment: accountability, serviceability, turn-in and stockage levels + Ensures Galley supervisors and employees complete food service sanitation and safety training requirements per Sections 2-1.2.2.C and 2-1.2.2.D, Chapter 1 of NAVMED P-5010, Food Safety + Ensures all galley personnel comply with personal cleanliness and hygienic practices as specified by Sections 2-3 and 2-4, Chapter 1 of NAVMED P-5010 + Performs logistic management to ensure daily meal preparation and serving processes are uninterrupted + Manages a 30 day subsistence and consumable supply ensuring adequate supplies are on hand to support menu cycle + Supervises cashier services for Ration-in-Kind (RIK) eligible patrons and paying patrons + Monitors and schedules routine and emergency maintenance of portable Galley container equipment + Performs other duties and assignments as required Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certifications: + High school diploma or equivalent required + Associate degree in a culinary or food management field preferred. + Formal training as a chef, food service manager, kitchen supervisor, and food service planner is highly desired. Experience: + Ten years of relevant experience with progressively increasing responsibility in military food service, or five years of experience in military food service at the rank of E7 or above. + Must have minimum of three years management experience managing a galley or dining facility of similar size. + Experience working with Foreign Nationals required. + Previous Navy galley experience is highly desirable. Skills: + Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office software. + Must have proof of U.S. Citizenship and a valid state driver’s license and must be eligible for access throughout the project geographic scope. + Must be able to read and speak English. <p>As a Deal-by-Deal Operations Intern, you will work in one of the most dynamic areas of private markets operations: supporting individual private equity and real estate investment structures from set-up through placement, investor reporting, distributions, asset issuance and reconciliation. Participants will support the operating model for Deal-by-Deal investments, where activity is organised across acquisitions, placements, distributions, ongoing activities, asset issuance and reconciliations. In practice, this means learning how investment structures are created, how investor activity is recorded, how cash and receivables are matched, how fees and fair values are maintained, and how operational records are reconciled and reported.</p>
