• Ensure compliance with all spa standards and procedures.
• Promote specialized spa programs and sell them to guests.
• Oversee all aspects of spa operations, including product knowledge and retail sales skills.
• Deliver body treatment services using appropriate tools and products.
• Assess guest needs and inquire about any health concerns that may affect service prior to treatment.
• Stay updated on the latest techniques and therapeutic styles related to the field.
• Accompany guests from the reception to treatment rooms.
• Prepare and organize the treatment area, ensuring its readiness and cleanliness.

Skills
