This includes providing guidance to Operations team, Technical team, and Ground handlers, and advise that Gulf Air aircraft in both appearance standards meet the specified guidelines set by Commercial team/Marketing department and ensure that the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness are always observed by product and cleaning contractors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct appraisals of departing and arriving aircraft to ensure presentation and provisioning meet company standards. Monitor the Cabin Appearance program, including special audits, and coordinate with Officers on all product-related subjects. Conduct pre-audit research, submit audit scope for approval, and review audit reports prior to managerial approval. Maintain accurate data entry for audit and inspection reports and prepare periodic evaluation reports on Cabin Appearance functions. Complete audits and reports as scheduled and conduct inspections to verify compliance with operational procedures and standards. Notify management of observed areas of nonconformity and follow up on corrective action plans. Monitor inspection teams to ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained by product and cleaning contractors. Prepare daily and monthly reports on cabin check activities, achievements, observations, and new ideas for management. Report any aircraft damage immediately to engineers and Cabin Appearance team.
