<h4>Job summary</h4>
<p>KBR is seeking a licensed electrician who installs, maintains, repairs, and inspects electrical systems, equipment, and components in residential, commercial, or industrial environments in accordance with applicable codes. The electrician will read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical specifications to execute installation as well as electrical maintenance activities. This will include wiring, conduits, circuit breakers, transformers, and other electrical components to support system functionality.</p>
<p>This will be an onsite position with full-time deployment to NSA Bahrain in Manama, Bahrain.</p>
<h4>Roles and responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components.</li>
<li>Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to diagnose electrical issues and implement corrective action to restore proper system operation.</li>
<li>Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to enhance system reliability and reduce downtime.</li>
<li>Coordinate the use of materials, tools, and equipment required for job execution and maintain work areas in a clean and organized condition.</li>
<li>Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate work records of installations, inspections, and repairs.</li>
<li>Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).</li>
<li>May provide guidance or support to apprentices or junior electricians as needed.</li>

<h4>Basic qualifications</h4>

To manage the end-to-end business BOH & FOH processes supply chain in line with product offer. To ensure all operational controls are in place. To maintain the wastage at 1% Key Performance Measure Success Factors: Achieve sales target & L4L sales budget of +8%. Achieve a check of 90% in all stores. Achieve the targeted labour of 20%, 70% margin & PBIT rations across key stores. Achieve a team turnover of less than 25%.
