<p><strong>Job description:</strong></p><p>Dermatologist – Aesthetic & Medical Dermatology</p><p>Location: Diyar Al Muharraq, Bahrain<br>Clinic: Serendipity Medical Center</p><p> </p><p><strong>About Us</strong></p><p>Serendipity Medical Center is a modern, NHRA-licensed dermatology and aesthetic clinic in Bahrain specializing in advanced skincare, laser, and cosmetic procedures. </p><p>Our vision is to combine medical expertise with aesthetic precision, offering world-class treatments and patient-centered care in a luxurious setting.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking a qualified Dermatologist (Licensed or NHRA-eligible) to join our growing medical and aesthetic team. </p><p>The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dermatological consultations, perform both medical and cosmetic procedures, and ensure the highest level of patient care and safety.</p><p>This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about dermatology, aesthetic innovation, and long-term patient relationships.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct detailed skin consultations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.</li><li>Perform a range of dermatological and cosmetic procedures, including:</li><li>Laser treatments (Pico, CO₂, BBL, Q-switch, etc.)</li><li>Botox, fillers, PRP, mesotherapy</li><li>Acne, pigmentation, and scar management</li><li>Mole, wart, and skin tag removal</li><li>Oversee patient care from initial consultation to follow-up.</li><li>Supervise nursing staff during clinical procedures.</li><li>Ensure adherence to NHRA and infection control standards.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest advancements in dermatology and aesthetics.</li><li>Recommend and prescribe medical-grade skincare and treatment plans.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Medical Degree (MD / MBBS) with specialization in Dermatology (MD / DDVL / equivalent).</li><li>NHRA license or eligibility to obtain one in Bahrain.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical or aesthetic dermatology.</li><li>Proficiency in laser and cosmetic procedures (training certificates preferred).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Commitment to ethical, safe, and evidence-based practice.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Korean, American, or European laser systems.</li><li>Knowledge of cosmetic injectables and anti-aging treatments.</li><li>Ability to develop treatment protocols and train nursing staff.</li><li>Multilingual (English required; Arabic or other languages a plus).</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.</li><li>Modern, well-equipped clinic environment.</li><li>Continuing education and professional development opportunities.</li><li>Supportive management and collaborative team culture.</li></ul>
