<p>NOW HIRING | Cost Controller Restaurant Group | Bahrain We re looking for an experienced Cost Controller to join a well-established restaurant group in Bahrain.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 3 years of experience as a Cost Controller within a restaurant group in the GCC (mandatory)</li><li>Previous experience controlling food &amp; beverage costs for multiple restaurant outlets</li><li>Strong understanding of inventory management, recipe costing, menu engineering, stock control, and variance analysis</li><li>Excellent knowledge of cost control systems and Microsoft Excel</li><li>High level of attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)</li><li>Well-organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with Operations, Purchasing, and Finance teams</li></ul>
