<br>About the opportunity<br><p><strong><u>Role Summary:</u></strong></p><br><br><p>We are looking for a results-driven sales performance professional to monitor KPI-based performance, ensure SOP compliance, and lead data-driven initiatives that optimize key account growth and engagement across regions. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to execute impactful campaigns, deliver insightful performance reporting, and build strong relationships with strategic stakeholders to enhance sales effectiveness and visibility nationwide.</p><br><br><p><u><strong>What's On Your Plate:</strong></u></p><br><br><ul><li>Monitor and analyze sales performance that is KPI driven.</li><li>Ensure SOP compliance by the sales team and optimize SOP based on practical learnings from sales, logistics, finance, and training.</li><li>Define projects that will optimize key accounts' performance, and ensure their engagement and satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct regular business reviews so that Key Accounts have full visibility of their performance across the country.</li><li>Collaborate in the execution of regional campaigns that both impact branding and sales performance.</li><li>Create weekly/monthly performance reports, to track and execut KPIs and SOPs to measure team’s performance.</li><li>Roll out reports for the sales team to manage sales performance.</li><li>Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders of our strategic partners.</li></ul><br>What you need to be successful<br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field.</li><li>5+ years of BI/analytics with exposure to sales.</li><li>Highly analytical & numbers-driven: cohorts costs/resource allocations and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex relationships.</li><li>Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scopes and tasks.</li><li>Passionate about sales: metrics driven with a deep understanding of branding.</li><li>Product sales expertise in the web technology sector and the ability to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levels.</li><li>Has excellent organizational and people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work well independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace.</li></ul><br>Who we are<br><p>Talabat is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience—fast, easy, and to your door.
