- خبرة في إدارة خدمات MSSP.

We are looking for an experienced SOC Manager to lead our Security Operations Center and drive cybersecurity operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day SOC operations, monitoring, incident response, and remediation activities. Lead and optimize security platforms including SIEM, XDR/NDR, DLP, Email Security, and Web Security solutions. Manage MSSP relationships and ensure effective service delivery. Oversee Microsoft 365 security technologies and controls. Develop and review security policies, procedures, and operational playbooks. Conduct security reviews, risk assessments, and solution design evaluations. Lead security projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor and manage SOC team members and stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-10 years of cybersecurity experience with strong SOC operations expertise.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, XDR/NDR, DLP, Email/Web Security, and other security technologies.
- Experience managing MSSP services.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 security capabilities.
- Experience in incident detection, response, and remediation.
- Familiarity with application security testing methodologies and tools.
- Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Preferred Certifications CISSP, CISM, GIAC, Microsoft Security Certifications, CEH, Security+, or equivalent industry-recognized certifications.
