<ul><li>Supervise daily plant operations to ensure efficiency and minimal downtime.</li><li>Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.</li><li>Troubleshoot equipment failures and provide technical solutions.</li><li>Monitor and improve plant performance, energy usage, and productivity.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company safety, environmental, and quality policies.</li><li>Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth operations.</li><li>Prepare reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.</li><li>Lead projects related to plant upgrades and process optimization.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).</li><li>Minimum <strong>8 years</strong> of experience as a Plant Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial setup (MAZA experience preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of production equipment, utilities, and process systems.</li><li>Familiarity with maintenance management systems and safety regulations.</li></ul><p>Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills</p>
