<section>الوصف الوظيفيالأدوار والمسؤوليات<div class="paragraph"><ol><li>مهندس المشروع</li></ol><ul><li>إعداد حسابات carga الحرارة (ورقة E-20 وبرنامج Carrier HAP).</li><li>معرفة واسعة بـ HAP وAuto CAD ومعايير ASHRAE.</li><li>مراجعة وثائق HVAC للامتثال.</li><li>معرفة في حسابات إزالة الرطوبة والتهوية والضغط على الهواء، واستخراج الدخان، والحسابات الضغط الثابت الخارجي (ESP)، والقياسات المناخية، واختيار الهواء المُعالج.</li><li>تصميم واختيار تهوية المطبخ وتكييف الهواء.</li><li>اختيارات نظام VRF/VRV بمساعدة البرامج.</li></ul> <ol start="2"><li>مشرف HVAC</li></ol><ul><li>التعامل مع متطلبات المواقع مع مهندس المشروع.</li><li>قادر على فحص الموقع والتبليغ للمهندس، ومعرفة تركيب القنوات، والقدرة على حضور اجتماع الموقع مع المهندس والعميل إلخ.</li><li>تدوين تقرير الموقع يومياً من فريق الموقع.</li><li>إشراف فريق من فنيي HVAC، لضمان صيانة عالية الجودة وإصلاح أنظمة التكييف.</li><li>إجراء فحصات تفصيلية وتشخيصات لأنظمة تكييف الهواء، وحل أي مشاكل فوراً.</li><li>خبرة عملية في تشغيل واختبار أنظمة VRF وdx.</li><li>خبرة عملية في وحدات تكييف الهواء (RTP، مُكيفة مجرّاة، TVR إلخ)</li><li>قادر على تخصيص فني وفقاً لمتطلبات الموقع، ترتيب المواد مقدماً لمواقع المشاريع، متابعة السائق لتسليم المواد.</li></ul> </div></section><section>المرشح المثاليالخبرة: 3 إلى 10 سنوات<ul><li>رخصة قيادة</li></ul> </section>
