The position is responsible for conducting site inspections and preparing detailed incident reports to verify compliance with regulatory requirements across all HSE areas.</p><br><br><br><p><b>**This will be an onsite position with fulltime deployment to NSA Bahrain in Manama, Bahrain. </b></p><br><br><br><p><b>Roles and Responsibilities </b></p><br><br><ul><li><p>Under general supervision, perform assignments requiring practical experience and knowledge of standard HSE concepts and practices.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Evaluate situations, analyze potential solutions, and apply established procedures while continuing to build advanced technical competencies.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Coordinate and facilitate audits of company-operated facilities and projects, ensuring adherence to established policies and external requirements.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Collaborate with operations personnel, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to interpret applicable standards, codes, and regulations.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Assist in the development and implementation of systems, processes, and tools to capture, analyze, and report HSE performance data and metrics.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Maintain current knowledge of evolving regulatory requirements and auditing standards.</p><br><br></li></ul><br><p><b>Basic Qualifications </b></p><br><br><ul><li><p>Must be a US citizen.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).</p><br><br></li><li><p>Minimum 2+ years of relevant HSE experience.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Knowledge of HSE regulations, audit processes, and reporting systems.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Computer skills, including working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Experience in contingency environments as well as knowledge and experience working with government contracts.</p><br><br></li></ul><br><br><p><b>KBR Benefits</b></p><br><br><p>KBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
