<p>في دورك كأخصائي مستشار تقارير ومحاسبة متمرس/سِني، ستشارك في مقترحات العملاء وتُشرف على العمليات اليومية للمهمات. ستتعاون عن كثب مع الفريق لمعالجة قضايا المحاسبة والتقارير والعمليات. ستستفيد من مهاراتك المتنوعة لتكون مساهمًا مرنًا في الممارسة، وستظهر وتطور قدراتك في المجالات التالية:</p><p>توفير خدمة عملاء استثنائية وفي الوقت المناسب، وتقديم عمل عالي الجودة وبناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء</p><p>إجراء أبحاث معمّقة في المسائل المعقدة وتطبيق التفكير النقدي لتقديم حلول قوية للعملاء.</p><p>المساهمة بنشاط في تسليم مشاريع الاستشارات المحاسبية من خلال إجراء أبحاث حول:</p><ul><li>نصائح محاسبية معقدة عن معاملات غير اعتيادية أو استحواذات وفقاً للمعايير IFRS</li><li>مراجعة البيانات المالية وسياسات المحاسبة</li><li>تقييم أثر IFRS</li></ul><p>التنسيق بشكل وثيق مع مديري التعاقد للمساعدة في تنفيذ استراتيجيات الحسابات.</p><p>المشاركة بنشاط في مناقشات مع مديري التعاقد لتبادل الرؤى حول احتياجات العملاء المحتملة بناءً على البحث في خلفية العميل واتجاهات الصناعة الحالية.</p><p>ضمان النجاح في تقديم عروض الخدمات للعملاء من خلال دعم التخطيط وتنفيذ مشاريع مختلفة.</p><p>بناء والحفاظ على علاقات منتجة وإيجابية ومهنية مع موظفي العملاء وزملائهم.</p><p>مساعدة العملاء في مسائل الرقابة الداخلية، بما في ذلك التصميم والتنفيذ والاختبار والمعالجة</p><p>القدرات القيادية:</p><ul><li>يبني فهمه الخاص لغايتنا وقيمنا؛ يستكشف فرص التأثير</li><li>يعرض التزامًا قويًا بالتعلم والتطوير الشخصي؛ يعمل كسفير للعلامة التجارية للمساعدة في جذب المواهب العليا</li><li>يُفهم التوقعات ويظهر المساءلة الشخصية للحفاظ على الأداء على المسار</li><li>يركز بنشاط على تطوير مهارات الاتصال وبناء العلاقات</li><li>يفهم كيف يساهم عمله اليومي في أولويات الفريق والعمل</li></ul><p><strong>الملف الوظيفي المرغوب به</strong></p><ul><li>درجة في المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.</li><li>من 3 إلى 6 سنوات من الخبرة في التدقيق والمحاسبة العامة، ويفضل مع واحدة من الأربع الكبرى.</li><li>يفضل وجود خبرة في التعامل مع مهام استشارية محاسبية فنية.</li><li>يفضل وجود خبرة في كتابة التقارير.</li><li>إتقان معرفة IFRS</li><li>قيادة موثقة، وحل مشكلات، ومهارات اتصال شفهية وكتابية قوية</li><li>القدرة على تحديد أولويات المهام والعمل على مهام متعددة</li><li>القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق مع محترفين على جميع المستويات</li><li>يفضل وجود مؤهل محاسبي دولي: CA، ACCA، أو CPA. ويفضل CA.</li><li>بطلاقة في الإنجليزية (قراءة وتحدثًا وكتابة).</li><li>سيُعطى الأفضلية للمرشحين ثنائيي اللغة (العربية/الإنجليزية).</li></ul>
