<section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p>ما نحتاجه منك</p><p>تصميم وتطوير حلول بنية تحتية لشبكات IP وشبكات مقدمي خدمات الإنترنت scalable لدعم نمو الأعمال واستراتيجية التكنولوجيا.</p><p><br></p><p>إعداد ومراجعة التصاميم عالية المستوى (HLD)، التصاميم منخفضة المستوى (LLD)، المواصفات الفنية، وإرشادات التنفيذ للخدمات الجديدة، وتوسعات الشبكة، ومبادرات تجديد التكنولوجيا.</p><p><br></p><p>قيادة أنشطة تخطيط الشبكة، بما في ذلك التنبؤ بالسعة، تحليل حركة المرور، تقييم التكنولوجيا، وتخطيط دورة حياة البنية التحتية.</p><p><br></p><p>تطوير المتطلبات الفنية، وبيانات العمل (SoW)، ووثائق بالكميات (BoQ)، وطلبات العروض (RFP/RFI)، والمشاركة في التقييم الفني واختيار حلول الموردين.</p><p><br></p><p>إعداد تقديرات CAPEX/OPEX، وتوقعات الميزانية، وحالات الأعمال لدعم التخطيط الاستثماري السنوي والمبادرات الاستراتيجية.</p><p><br></p><p>إنشاء والحفاظ على معايير هندسة بنية IP، وإرشادات الهندسة، وحوكمة التصميم لضمان الاتساق والقابلية للتوسع والمرونة والأمان.</p><p><br></p><p>إدارة عمليات شبكة IP من خلال مراجعة أداء الشبكة، واستخدام السعة، والتوفر، والحوادث، واتجاهات المشكلات، ومؤشرات الأداء التشغيلية، وتوصي بمبادرات التحسين المستمر.</p><p><br></p><p>تحديد معايير القبول التشغيلي والتأكد من جاهزية الحلول الشبكية الجديدة تشغيلياً قبل نقل الملكية إلى فريق التشغيل.</p><p><br></p><p>التعاون مع التكنولوجيا، والأمن السيبراني، والأعمال، والتسويق، ومكتب إدارة المشاريع، والمشتريات، وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لتصميم وتقديم خدمات وحلول شبكية جديدة.</p><p><br></p><p>إدارة المشاركات الفنية مع الشركات vendor، والمستشارين، ومقدمي الخدمة طوال دورة التخطيط والمشتريات والتنفيذ وقبول النظام.</p><p><br></p><p>تقييم التقنيات الناشئة، اتجاهات الصناعة، وأفضل الممارسات، وتقديم توصيات لتطور الشبكة وتجديدها.</p><p><br></p><p>تشجيع الأتمتة وتحسين العمليات من خلال تحديد فرص لتبسيط الهندسة والتخطيط والحوكمة عبر تقنيات السكريبت والأتمتة.</p><p><br></p><p>ضمان امتثال جميع تصميمات وحلول الشبكة لسياسات أمان المؤسسة والمتطلبات التنظيمية وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية، مع إدراج مبادئ الأمان بالتصميم.</p><p><br></p><p>تطوير، صيانة، ومراجعة دورية لوثائق بنية الشبكة والمعايير والإجراءات وخطط الطرق الهندسية والوثائق الهندسية.</p><p><br></p><p>توفير القيادة الفنية والحوكمة أثناء تنفيذ المشروع، واختباره، وتشغيله، ونقل الملكية إلى التشغيل.</p><p><br></p><p>التعليم والخبرة</p><p>درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب، هندسة الكمبيوتر، هندسة الاتصالات، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.</p><p><br></p><p>يفضل وجود شهادة CCNA، أو شهادة مهنية متعلقة بشبكات IP.</p><p><br></p><p>يفضل وجود خبرة CCNP في التوجيه والتبديل.</p><p><br></p><p>من 3 إلى 5 أعوام من الخبرة في تخطيط وتصميم أو هندسة شبكات IP وISP ضمن مشغل اتصالات أو مزود خدمة الإنترنت (ISP).</p><p><br></p><p>تعرض إلى خبرة تقنية IP في جميع مجالات IP وISP وقدرات وخدمات مزودي CDN.</p><p><br></p><p>المهارات والمعرفة</p><p>فهم جيد لمفاهيم الشبكات (التوجيه، التبديل، الأمان..إلخ).</p><p><br></p><p>فهم جيد لشبكات L2 وL3</p><p><br></p><p>فهم جيد لكل من IPv4 وIPv6</p><p><br></p><p>فهم جيد لسياسات الجدار الناري، VPN والوكالات الوكالة</p><p><br></p><p>مهارات تنظيمية واتصال واستكشاف أخطاء ممتازة.</p><p><br></p><p>الرغبة في العمل ضمن فريق.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">الملف المرشح المطلوب</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>المشاركة في تصميم وتنفيذ واختبار وتشغيل وصيانة شبكة IP الخاصة بزین البحرين.</li><li>العمل ضمن فريق وببيئة جماعية مع مشاركة المسؤوليات للمشروعات الجديدة المخصصة لفريق شبكات IP.</li><li>التنسيق مع فرق التكنولوجيا والأعمال والتسويق الأخرى للمساعدة في تصميم وتقديم وعمليات المنتجات والحلول الجديدة.</li><li>إدارة العلاقة مع الموردين ومقدمي الخدمات المشاركين لتقديم منتجات الشبكات أو الخدمات أو الدعم عند الحاجة.</li><li>تحليل الإحصاءات والسجلات والتنبيهات من أنظمة رصد الشبكة للحفاظ على صحة الشبكة واتخاذ إجراءات وقائية وتصحيحية عند اللزوم.</li><li>مساعدة مهندسي الشبكات IP الكبار في توقعات سعة الشبكة وتخطيط الترقيات.</li><li>أتمتة المهام المتكررة عند المناسبة باستخدام تقنيات السكريبت.</li><li>البحث والمتابعة لأحدث التقنيات.</li><li>المساعدة في الحفاظ على التوثيق الصحيح.</li><li>العمل على مختلف الأدوات والتقنيات المرتبطة بأنظمة ISP وشبكات IP.</li><li>العمل على شبكات LAN وWAN داخلية.</li><li>العمل على منصات أمان مختلفة مثل الجدران النارية، VPN، IPS، البروكسيات..إلخ</li><li>تنفيذ الواجبات المذكورة خارج ساعات العمل عند اللزوم.</li><li>القيام بالواجبات أعلاه مع التفكير بالأمان.</li><li>أداء أي واجبات أخرى ذات صلة كما يُكلف أو يحتاج.</li></ul><p><b>التعليم والخبرة</b></p><ul><li>درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب، هندسة الحاسوب، هندسة الاتصالات، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.</li><li>CCNA، أو شهادة مهنية مرتبطة مفضلة.</li><li>CompTIA Network+</li><li>يفضل CCNP Routing &amp; Switching.</li><li>3+ سنوات خبرة في نفس المجال في قطاع الاتصالات.</li><li>تعـرض لخبرة تقنية IP في جميع مجالات IP وأمان الشبكات مفضل.</li></ul><p><b>المهارات والمعرفة</b></p><ul><li>سجل حافل في تصميم وتنفيذ استراتيجيات دورة حياة العميل وبرامج الاحتفاظ والحملات الشخصية.</li><li>خبرة في إدارة مشاريع عبر وظائف وقيادة فرق باتجاه أهداف الإيرادات أو تقليل الانسحاب.</li><li>مهارات تحليلية قوية مع القدرة على تفسير البيانات وتحويل الرؤى إلى استراتيجيات قابلة للتنفيذ.</li><li>التمكن من أدوات إدارة الحملات ومنصات BI/Analytics.</li><li>اتصالات وعروض وتقديم تقارير ممتازة.</li><li>قدرات حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار مع عقلية مركزة على البيانات والعميل.</li></ul><p></p></section>
