<p>We are seeking an experienced System / Infrastructure Administrator to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure for GFH in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and reliability of servers, operating systems, virtualization platforms, storage, backup solutions, and core infrastructure services. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, backup and recovery, infrastructure monitoring, and troubleshooting within a corporate environment.</p><p>Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server environments and associated infrastructure. Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user/access administration. Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and related services. Manage and maintain virtual infrastructure using VMware and/or Microsoft Hyper-V. Monitor server and infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and system health. Manage enterprise backup, restoration, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes. Administer storage systems, file servers, permissions, and shared infrastructure resources. Perform regular operating system patching, upgrades, security updates, and infrastructure maintenance. Troubleshoot complex server, operating system, application, connectivity, and infrastructure issues. Support infrastructure security, including system hardening, privileged access, endpoint protection, and vulnerability remediation. Coordinate with network, security, application, database, and service desk teams to resolve technical incidents. Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes in accordance with IT service-management procedures. Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation, configurations, procedures, asset records, and technical diagrams. Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, implementations, and technology refresh initiatives. Work with technology vendors and service providers when required. Ensure infrastructure complies with organizational security policies, standards, and operational requirements. 3-5 years in relevant field Roles and Responsibilities: This position reports directly to the PM, Site Lead, or their designee.<br> The C2 Systems Analyst serves as the subject matter expert (SME) to enable C4I systems throughout the DoD to share information to build a common operational picture (COP) and Common Tactical Picture (CTP) to enable leaders to make accurate and informed decisions based on situational awareness.<br> The Joint Tactical Common Operational Picture Workstation (JTCW) is a Windows-based tactical COP suite designed for battalion level and above to facilitate command and control functions by enhancing situational awareness and operational/tactical decision making.<br> These support efforts are provided to military units while deployed, in garrison, in preparation for, and while participating in major exercises and contingency operations.<br> The C2 Systems Analyst will primarily provide support to US Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa (MARFOREUR/AF) and also assist deployed or allocated Fleet Marine Force (FMF) units and other DoD agencies to configure, integrate, resolve issues, and establish their Command-and-Control architecture to meet exercise and contingency operations in European and African OCONUS regions.<br> This position is responsible for integrating a wide variety of C2 systems including, but not limited to Agile Client, Command-and-Control Personal Computer (C2PC), Tactical Assault Kit (TAK), Joint Tactical COP Workstation (JTCW), Tactical Service Orientated Architecture (TSOA), Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS) and Data Dissemination Service (DDS).<br> The C2 Systems Analyst will work cross-functionally with several departments, but most importantly with the Command Post Systems Advisor information flow required to support Mission Essential Tasks (MET) in the identification of the configuration and integration of C2 systems.<br> Provide technical support to MARFOREURAF and deployed or allocated FMF units within the USEUCOM and USAFRICOM Areas of Operation on C2 related systems such as Agile Client, C2PC, GCCS-J, MCH, , TAK, JADOCS, AFATDS (to include ASCA communications), and new or emergent capabilities.<br> Introduce MARFOREURAF to the Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and advances to emergent capabilities to achieve interdependence and operational
