<p>Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is seeking an experienced and dedicated Audio Visual Technician to join our team. The Audio Visual Technician is responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all audio-visual, communication, and presentation systems throughout the hotel. <p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p><p>Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Graving Dock and Floating Docks, ensuring the safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible maneuvering, docking, positioning, and undocking of vessels. The position oversees dock operations, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards, and maintains the docks and associated equipment in operational condition.</p><br><p><strong>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><br><p><strong>A. Dock Operations</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Graving Dock and Floating Docks.</p></li><li><p>Follow the approved docking schedule and instructions from the Department Head.</p></li><li><p>Receive and review vessel docking plans from the Project Realization Division.</p></li><li><p>Plan and coordinate dock preparation, including block arrangements, cranes, mooring trolley cars, stoppers, winches, and other required equipment.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the Movement Master to assess vessel draft, ballast distribution, mooring arrangements, personnel requirements, and equipment deployment before docking.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the required number of riggers and other personnel are available in accordance with approved safe operating and departmental procedures.</p></li><li><p>Take control of the vessel from the Dock Movement Master once the vessel is safely inside the dock, position the vessel accurately, and ensure it is safely seated on the blocks.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate the closing of the Graving Dock gate and operation of winches during docking activities.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Pump House Operators and Floating Dock Operators during dewatering operations.</p></li><li><p>Instruct and coordinate divers, where required, to verify the vessel’s position relative to the blocks.</p></li><li><p>Control and coordinate crane movements, wire passing, and mooring rope handling during docking operations.</p></li><li><p>Ensure docking and undocking activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved procedures.</p></li><li><p>During undocking, ensure the relevant operations are carried out in reverse sequence and formally hand over control to the Dock Movement Master once the vessel is clear and ready to leave the dock.</p></li><li><p>Maintain operations timing record.</p><br></li></ul><p><strong>B. <p>As the Site Lead Mechanic, you will lead the effort for operating and maintaining the aircraft, aircraft subsystems, and support equipment. <p>1.Work with, and under the direction of the designated A/C Engineers/Lic Technicians to carry out routine tasks and non-routine tasks.<br>2.Replace components on Company or other operators aircraft and engines as required.<br>3.Strictly adhere to company staff rules and regulation.<br>4.Strictly adhere to company safety rules and regulation and to wear proper uniform and safety shoes while on duty.<br>5.Adhere and comply with aircraft approved maintenance documents instructions when performing any routine tasks and non-routine tasks and acquaint self with all the safety related precautions to avoid personal injuries or damages to aircraft structures and systems. <br>6.Make sure that all equipments and tools used for aircraft maintenance are in serviceable and safe condition. Report any faulty equipment or tool to Engineer or Duty Manager, unserviceable tool/ equipment must be isolated and attach a with unserviceable tag.<br>7.Service equipment and aircraft special tools as deemed necessary to maintain them in a serviceable, safe and clean condition.<br>8.As part of maintenance practice, make sure that all tools used to perfom any routine and non-routine task are registered, to make sure they are removed on task completion.<br>9.On completion of routine tasks and non-routine tasks, make sure that work area is tidy and free from any loose articles.<br>10.Assist in positioning and clearing equipment to carry maintenance tasks on aircraft.<br>11.Make sure that all tools and equipment used are returned to proper location.<br>12.Perform the headset duties during engine ground runs and aircraft Towing in accordance with company TIM procedures.<br>13.Adhere to Airside Safety Rules and Regulations in regard to driving and work area cleanliness.<br>14.Purchase a approved tool kit containing appropriate tools to perform duties on the company and third party fleets.<br>15.Perform the required duties in accordance with AME and Duty Manager instruction and aircraft approved documentations procedures.<br>16.Maintain a high level of self discipline and respect his superiors instructions.<br>17.Become familiar with Gulf Air Information System AMOS and its basic transactions related to this work scope.<br> </p>
