Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with executive-level experience to join our team at SINCLUS, a Mumbai-based Staffing Services Provider. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, creating financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. This is a full-time position based in Manama, Capital, Bahrain.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 5 years in an executive-level position.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain financial databases, systems, and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
