Their role will focus on advancing system capabilities, enabling seamless integration across platforms, digitalizing and automating processes using the latest technology, and enhancing the reports and KPI dashboard of BTB. <br>These qualified Sr. developers must specialize in .NET Core and full-stack development methodologies, working in close collaboration with BTB stakeholders to analyze, design, implement, and sustain the enterprise-grade systems aligned with BTB s strategic objectives.</div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph">TMS Enhancement & Operational Support<br> Fixes, updates, performance optimization, and report creation.<br> Adding quick workflows to the current modules.<br> Data Cleaning and migration (Stage 1): Data verified, cleaned across BTB systems.<br>Digitalized the internal and external processes to enhance system stability and operational efficiency. <br> Enhance the current systems <br> Digitalized the legal workflows, such as supplier grievances. <br> Digitized the purchasing authorities' violations.<br> Activation of Direct purchase requests in the eTendering system.<br> Validate the data and streamline the system reporting section.<br> enhance the procurement plans, SME related processes ..etc<br> Streamline and digitize the e-forms where it s applicable. <br> Feasibility of publishing RSS API for published tenders, BTB external notifications.<br>Developing Middleware Architecture (API-Based):<br>External Integrations:<br> Ministry of Industry & Commerce (MOIC) CR data validations and checkpoints. <br> Ministry of Labour (MOL) Bahrainization Certificate verification and checkpoints.<br> Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) FX rates implementation.<br>Internal integration:<br> Integrate the system E-Tendering, TMS, Website, and e-Meeting system whenever required to implement quick-win solutions.<br> Integrations must be implemented so that processes and tender data are streamlined and not duplicated.<br> The data can be streamlined with API-Based Architecture:<br>o eTendering System with TMS: for opening results and validating the suppliers.<br>o eTendering System with TMS: Pull tender request details from eTendering System to TMS.<br>o TMS and the e-Meeting system for the Board members' weekly meeting.<br>Cybersecurity Compliance<br> Implementation of NCSC requirements, security findings.<br> Vulnerability assessments & remediation.<br>AI & enabling for system readiness and reporting<br> Data readiness for AI validation, anomaly detection.<br> Process improvement and reporting.<br>Dashboards & Reporting<br> Enhance executive dashboards, KPI s ..etc<br> Improve analytical reporting for governance and finance.<br> Provide KPI s, analytic reports for purchasing authorities.</p></section>
