<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Our of our Elite Client is looking for a M365 &amp; SharePoint Technician</p><p>Location : Bahrain</p><p>Duties &amp; responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Perform SharePoint administration, including site collection management, permissions, and backups.</li><li>Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows based on business requirements.</li><li>Manage site collections, user permissions, access control, and data backups to ensure high availability and security.</li><li>Provide day-to-day administration and troubleshooting support across the broader Microsoft 365 application stack.</li><li>Build and optimize low-code applications and digital workflows using PowerApps and Power Automate to streamline helpdesk and departmental processes.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve M365 and SharePoint issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.</li><li>Create and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts, and develop basic custom forms using PowerApps and Power Automate.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Qualification &amp; Experience:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered).</li><li>Strong foundational skills in Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate.</li><li>Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and Azure cloud ecosystems.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting mindset, clear communication skills, and the ability to adapt rapidly to existing infrastructure and workflows.</li><li>2 4 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and automation.</li><li>Previous or current experience working with Exhibitions centers , event management company &amp; convention centers is a plus.</li></ul><p></p></section>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><strong>SPFx Development:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build custom web parts and extensions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).</li> <li>Integrate SPFx solutions with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and third-party services.</li> <li>Ensure responsive and accessible UI/UX design using React/TypeScript.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Power Automate &amp; Azure Logic Apps:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes.</li> <li>Integrate Logic Apps with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external systems.</li> <li>Monitor and optimize flow performance and error handling.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Governance:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with business to gather requirements and deliver.</li> <li>Ensure Bank policies and security standards.</li> <li>Provide documentation, and support to business users.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibility:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop, test and deploy the Microsoft SharePoint solutions as per the business requirements.</li> <li>Follow the change management process to publish and manage changes on Microsoft SharePoint &amp; the RPA system (Automation Edge).</li> <li>Apply security fixes, update workflows and scripts used for SharePoint to remove any security issues identified during penetration testing.</li> <li>Apply knowledge base of past fixes and security issues to ensure that new development and updates have no to minimal issues and none of the past issues are repeated.</li> <li>Development of user interfaces for SharePoint / PowerApps.</li> <li>Review technical service request and technical / business changes changes raised by business/ information security.</li> </ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><strong>Years of Experience : 7 - 10 years</strong></p> <p><strong>Qualification</strong></p> <ul> <li>BE Computer Science and Engineering</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p><p></p></section>
