<p>Responsible for leading and coordinating Bapco Tazweed's security management activities across all operational locations. The role ensures effective implementation of security policies, access control systems, CCTV surveillance, incident management, emergency response preparedness, and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. The Senior Security Officer provides technical guidance on security matters, manages investigations of security incidents, liaises with external authorities, and supports the protection of Company personnel, assets, facilities, and reputation.</p><br><br>Bapco Energies operates a portfolio spanning the entire energy value chain in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Together, these companies drive Bapco Energies' mission to power the next generation.<br>Responsibilities:<br><p><strong>Key Result Areas</strong></p><br><ul><li><span>Lead and conduct security risk assessments, inspections, and audits across Company facilities and service stations.</span></li><li><span>Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and security management systems.</span></li><li><span>Monitor and supervise CCTV systems, access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and related security technologies.</span></li><li><span>Investigate security incidents, theft, vandalism, breaches, and other security-related events to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.</span></li><li><span>Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security records and statistics.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate with the General Directorate of Civil Defense (GDCD), Police Directorate, Traffic Directorate, and other regulatory requirements.</span></li><li><span>Support business continuity planning and emergency preparedness programs.</span></li><li><span>Act as Security Incident Commander or designated response coordinator <p>Support the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and optimization of the Group Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution across data-in-motion, data-at-rest, and data-in-use. Perform data discovery scans, analyse results, and coordinate the classification and remediation of sensitive data (e.g., CPR, passport, IBAN, and cardholder data). Review and investigate DLP policy violations and blocked outbound emails, manage exceptions, and escalate confirmed incidents in accordance with SOC and DLP procedures. Support the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and tuning of DLP policies and data classification/labelling rules to improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives. Prepare periodic DLP and Data-at-Rest reports for management and business units, and track remediation activities through to completion. Perform continuous validation and assurance reviews to assess the design and effectiveness of security controls across endpoints, email security, network, cloud, Active Directory, SIEM, and endpoint protection platforms. Conduct configuration and access reviews against secure baselines and industry standards (e.g., CBB, PCI DSS, SWIFT CSP, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF). Support Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS) exercises and other control effectiveness assessments, documenting findings and monitoring remediation activities. Record, track, and follow up on cyber control assurance issues with control owners until closure. Assess security risks associated with projects, system changes, and new initiatives, and recommend corrective actions prior to implementation. Coordinate and perform scheduled vulnerability assessments, security scans, compliance reviews, and control validation activities. Support vulnerability management by analysing scan results, tracking remediation efforts, and ensuring timely resolution of identified weaknesses. Participate in cyber risk assessments to evaluate risks arising from vulnerabilities, threats, and ineffective security controls. Support internal and external audits, regulatory assessments, and security inspections in accordance with applicable regulatory and industry requirements (e.g., CBB, PCI DSS, SWIFT CSP, RBI). Perform additional duties assigned by the Line Manager and/or Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in line with business requirements.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.</p><p>2 – 4 years of experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, Cyber Assurance, or IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).</p><p>Hands-on exposure to Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies and data classification/protection solutions.</p><p>Experience with vulnerability management, security control validation, and compliance assessments.</p><p>Working knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory (AD), Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).</p><p>Familiarity with recognised security frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, SWIFT CSP, and MITRE ATT&CK.</p><p>Security+ (or equivalent DoD 8570 Level II certification) is required.</p><p>Professional certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), PCIP, or equivalent are preferred.</p><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.</p><p>Ability to prepare professional reports, technical documentation, and audit evidence.</p><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make objective, risk-based decisions.</p><p>Ability to communicate security policy violations and recommendations effectively while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.</p><p>Good understanding of organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and legal considerations related to information security and data protection.</p>
<p>Beond is the world's first premium leisure airline, redefining leisure travel through a premium flying experience. As we continue to expand our regulatory and operational footprint, we are establishing a Bahrain Air Operator Certificate (AOC) under the Bahrain Civil Aviation Affairs (BCAA). We are seeking a Nominated Postholder Security (NPSeM) to play a key role in the certification, launch and ongoing oversight of our Bahrain operation, based in Manama. The Nominated Postholder Security is appointed by, and reports to, the Accountable Manager, and is responsible for:</p><p>Ensure aviation-security compliance across the AOC and remain in compliance with the Bahrain National Civil Aviation Security Programme and the applicable Bahrain Air Navigation Technical Regulations (ANTR) and BCAA security requirements. Establish, maintain and implement the operator's Aircraft Operator Security Programme (AOSP) and set the company's security standards and policy. Define the Security budget and ensure sufficient resources are allocated to the size and complexity of the operation. Oversee security training and awareness for crew and staff, and ensure security procedures are applied at all stations, taking corrective action where needed. Manage the identification, assessment and mitigation of security threats and risks, and lead the security response to acts of unlawful interference under the Emergency Response Plan. Issue the Aircraft Operator Security Programme, liaise with BCAA, airport authorities and ground-handling providers on security matters, and implement the department SMS under the NPSM.</p><p>This is a nominated Security Manager position under the operator's Security Programme and the applicable Bahrain aviation-security requirements. <p><strong>Job Overview</strong><br>At Alzayani Investments, we are seeking a highly skilled and versatile IT Support Officer to join our team. This position requiring a unique blend of traditional enterprise IT expertise and a deep understanding of modern smart-device ecosystems.</p><br><br><p>You will act as the escalation point for complex technical issues while taking primary ownership of configuring, supporting, and maintaining a wide array of personal and connected devices. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is just as comfortable managing a Windows Server environment as they are troubleshooting a smart home integration or a mobile device.<br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br><br><ul><li><p>End-to-End Technical Support: Provide comprehensive Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support to users, ensuring the rapid and professional resolution of complex hardware and software issues.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Personal Device & Mobile Management: Serve as the primary support lead for all personal and mobile devices. <p>Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products. Provide body treatments to guests using body scrubs, wraps, and/or hydrotherapy. Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) before beginning service. Keep up to date with current techniques and modalities related to their field of work. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Arrange workstation, treatment room, and/or drapes. Frequently check with guest to promote comfort, safety, and security throughout service. Promote and sell spa/salon services including retail offerings related to the spa. Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools. Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift, dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day. Handle inappropriate guest behavior by following standard operating procedures for inappropriate conduct for guests and therapists, leading up to and including stopping a treatment or service and informing supervisor/manager. Maintain current skills and licensure in service area as per regional requirements. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
