<p>Manages the tasks related to controlling data-entry, data-analysis, card-printing/processing information to ensure that the quality standards set by the clients are closely met, in terms of accuracy and turn-around time.</p>

<p>Create and maintain provider wellness database to further expand the employee wellness program. Coordinate closely with MARCOM in developing creative communication materials to be distributed to clients. Work closely with MPM team in negotiating annual health checkup packages, monthly discounted offers, and promos.</p>
<p>Procure the best possible health awareness campaigns through healthcare providers and support UW team to get the best possible discount for wellness benefits. Attend and participate in provider meetings relating to wellness initiatives. Collaborate with the human resources team to arrange wellness initiatives for employees.</p>
<p>Stay current with national wellness initiatives and activities in the market. Comply with the company service level agreements and always maintain a high degree of customer service. Lead special projects and initiatives as and when required and coordinate with logistics and other support functions if necessary.</p>

<p>The main duty of a customer care unit officer is to respond to communication inquiries/complaints raised by members, providers, brokers, and payers as per the standard procedures. The incumbent is also responsible to ensure that all cases are responded to within predetermined time scales and are dealt with the highest standards of customer service. The CCU officer will also document details of all cases and actions taken, in order to make further follow-ups and corrective action as required. Negotiate terms, premiums, and special conditions with insurers to secure optimal cover. <p><h4>Main duties</h4>
<p>The main duty of a Care Centre – Junior Agent is to respond to telephone inquiries about the company's products or services by following standard scripts and procedures. The incumbent is also responsible to ensure that all calls are answered within predetermined time scales and are dealt with the highest standards of customer service.
