operational needs.</li><li>Develops safety instructions and procedures for such activities where necessary.</li><li>Carries out a gap analysis to determine BAC's level of compliance against the aerodrome certificate requirements, including but not necessarily limited to BCAA CAR001, BCAA ANTR Vol 3 Part 19, ICAO Annex 14, and associated ICAO Docs.</li><li>Producing gap analysis document outlining all applicable regulations.</li><li>Gap analysis demonstrates existing measures to achieve compliance.</li><li>Maintains the gap analysis through annual review (and ad-hoc reviews depending
