<p>We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced spa therapist to perform massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies, depending on guest's needs and preferences. <p>The claims payment processor's main duties are to report the processed claims to the payer, prepare EFTs (electronic fund transfer) for claims, update the accounting and other financial software, and send statements of accounts to our clients. <p>The bar waiter will be responsible for the day-to-day service, working alongside waiters and bartenders supporting them during service with food pick up, table service, clearing tables, station refills, and drink service. Responsible for performing tasks to the highest standards from the moment a guest enters to the moment they leave and enhancing their experience with us.</p>
<p>Responsible for maintaining the stations and the bar along with being the communication point between back of house and front of house. Supporting hostess and other team members when required and supplying guest feedback and requests to management.</p>
<p>Responsible for specific stations in the bars, delivers food and beverage services to customers, possesses the related knowledge, and is always present at his/her station.</p>

<p><h4>Job purpose<\/h4>\n<p>To support Group Audit in providing an opinion to senior management and the Audit Committee on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls. It includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivery of audit assignments as per the annual plan and scope or ad-hoc requests<\/li>\n<li>Providing ongoing risk assessment and input to the annual audit plan<\/li>\n<li>Managing relationships within the organization<\/li>\n<li>Applying the audit tools and methodology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>Principal responsibilities, accountabilities and deliverables of role<\/h4>\n<p>Support comprehensive annual risk assessment process for Treasury & Financial Markets, and Risk Management which are reviewed annually and updated to reflect changes in the organization.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery of internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct the planning of the scope of individual assignments.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure work is captured within the audit platform and the audit files are completed before issuing audit reports.<\/li>\n<li>Produce and discuss issue sheets on findings, agree action plans and dates for implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Conduct assignments in the area of expertise (Treasury & Financial Markets and Risk Management):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform audits within the scope of area of expertise and other areas as deemed necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Conduct ad hoc reviews and assignments as requested by the Group Chief Auditor, senior management or Audit Committee.<\/p>\n<p>Manage relationships with Bahrain-based business units:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct regular relationship management meetings with delegated business unit management.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain awareness of levels of business activity and new products\/business developments.<\/li>\n<li>Use the information acquired to inform decisions on individual audit assignments and the annual plan.<\/li>\n<li>Periodic updates on key risk profile changes within Group Audit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deliver audit assignments in accordance with the agreed scope, timescales and budgets:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide assurance over coverage of all areas stated within the scope section of the Terms of Reference.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver the assigned audits on time and within budget. Any deviations agreed with the Lead Auditor.<\/li>\n<li>Support the timely delivery of audit reports; within 125 calendar days after start of fieldwork for each audit.<\/li>\n<li>Support adherence to the man-day and travel cost budgets (where applicable) included in the annual plans.<\/li>\n<li>Identify risk issues that are relevant and drafted at a high quality. Issues identified need to be agreed with the auditee during fieldwork in order to agree actions as part of reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and accurate issue tracking & MIT: perform timely review of issue closure requests and validate that agreed actions have been completed (within 30 calendar days after receiving them).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ensure team development and personal objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertake at least one external development activity and complete the bank's mandatory training.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor regulatory developments and attend regulatory briefings and\/or complete mandatory training hours required by the professional body.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>Job context (circumstances & environment surrounding the job)<\/h4>\n<p>Group Audit (GA) consists of a Bahrain-based team plus local Internal Audit teams based in overseas units of ABC. GA is responsible for providing independent assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of ABC\u2019s internal controls to the Executive Management and the Board of ABC (via the Audit Committee). This is achieved by completing audit assignments according to a risk-based annual audit plan.<\/p>\n<p>The findings of the audit assignments are included within published audit reports which contain findings requiring management to undertake corrective actions to address any control weaknesses identified. Findings are also presented to the Audit Committee of the Board of ABC on a quarterly basis.<\/p>\n<p>Given the nature of GA\u2019s role within the business, the job holder is expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality at all times. The volume, importance and confidentiality of the material with which the job holder will deal require a strong sense of discretion and the ability to organise and present material in a cogent way.<\/p>\n<p>Group Audit staff liaise with individuals at all levels within the organisation, including executive management and board members.
