Plan, organize, and manage all maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability, reliability, and operational efficiency while minimizing production downtime.
Lead and supervise maintenance engineers, supervisors, technicians, electricians, mechanics, welders, and workshop personnel to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities.
Coordinate and oversee emergency breakdown maintenance, ensuring prompt resolution of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, and automation-related failures.
Manage PLC systems, control panels, sensors, instrumentation, and automated production equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation of production lines.
Establish maintenance schedules in coordination with Production and Factory Management to minimize disruption to manufacturing operations.
Review and approve maintenance work orders, shutdown schedules, equipment inspections, and maintenance reports.
Monitor the performance and condition of all plant equipment and recommend repairs, upgrades, modifications, or replacement when required.
Manage the procurement of maintenance spare parts, tools, and consumables, including preparing technical specifications, reviewing quotations, and ensuring timely availability of critical inventory.
Control and optimize spare parts inventory levels while maintaining adequate stock to support plant operations.
Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget, monitor maintenance expenditures, and implement cost-control measures without compromising equipment reliability.
Analyze maintenance costs, equipment downtime, and failure trends, and implement corrective actions to improve plant performance and reduce maintenance expenses.
Conduct root cause analysis of major equipment failures and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements, conduct regular safety inspections and ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Coordinate with the Safety Department to ensure safe maintenance practices, permit-to-work compliance, and adherence to company safety policies.
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to maintenance personnel to enhance technical competency and productivity.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Procurement, Stores, and Human Resources departments to support smooth plant operations.
Monitor the maintenance and certification status of lifting equipment, forklifts, compressors, generators, and other critical plant assets.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance records are maintained for all equipment, including service history, inspections and breakdown reports
Participate in factory expansion projects, equipment installations, commissioning activities, and process improvement initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement programs aimed at increasing equipment reliability, reducing downtime, improving productivity, and supporting the factory's operational objectives.
Manage workforce planning, shift scheduling, attendance monitoring, leave approvals, and manpower allocation within the maintenance department.
Conduct employee performance evaluations and recommend training, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions where required.
Ensure maintenance personnel comply with company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Promote teamwork, accountability, safety awareness, and continuous improvement throughout the maintenance department.

<li>Manage smooth end-to-end payment operations of the cross-border payment systems that are integrated with domestic RTGS, ensuring timely availability for participants to conduct payments and settlements on each business day.</li>
<li>Ensure that all valid cross-border customer and interbank fund transfers are processed correctly within the RTGS System and the GCC-RTGS (AFAQ) according to RTGS and AFAQ membership guidelines and regulations.</li>
<li>Ensure that all valid cross-border customer and interbank fund transfers and payments are successfully processed and settled in accordance with CBB regulations.</li>
<li>Monitor and verify the settlement of interbank obligations arising from cross-border payment systems are processed and settled successfully.</li>
<li>Ensure proper usage of IBAN, purpose codes and categories in cross-border customer and interbank fund payments.</li>
<li>Reconcile and validate all accounts balances at the end of day, at the stipulated Operations schedule, check all posted transactions, generate the final daily account balances, and promptly report any shortfalls in balances to the Head for timely action.</li>
