Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a DCDP to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other's contribution and importance.

Key Functions and Responsibilities

  • Run the day-to-day operation of the station.
  • Assisting in supporting the Chef de Cuisine in creating and preparing menus items and specials.
  • Checking and completing mise en place and set-up the station.
  • Completing daily requisitions utilizing available systems.
  • Communicating with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chefs regarding menu items, situations or shortages.
  • Working closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with other employees, providing instruction and encouragement as needed.
  • Ensuring a clean, neat and organized work area.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and reporting any accident immediately.
