<p>• Draft, review, and negotiate financing and credit facility agreements, loan documentation, security/collateral arrangements, and customer contracts in line with CBB requirements and Bahraini law.
• Advise the CEO and senior management on legal risk, corporate governance, and regulatory matters affecting financing operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for CBB-related matters, taking ownership of ongoing compliance with the CBB Rulebook, licensing conditions, AML/CFT regulations, and consumer protection requirements applicable to financing companies in Bahrain.

<p>As an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Officer, your key responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure that the EHS and food safety management system is established , implemented and maintained in accordance with HACCP/ ISO standards as well as local and international regulations.</li>
<li>Provide the top management with the necessary reports on the EHS and food safety management system established within the property along with recommendations for improvement.</li>
<li>Lead or participate in various types of EHS/HACCP/ ISO/Sustainability/OHSMS compliance and/ or management system audits and provide guidance on conformance and corrective actions required.</li>
<li>Establish audit requirements to ensure compliance in food safety, occupational safety & environmental regulations.</li>
<li>Oversee all audit results, evaluate trends, communicate results and establish action plans to ensure hotel remains in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.</li>

<p>Support the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and optimization of the Group Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution across data-in-motion, data-at-rest, and data-in-use. Perform data discovery scans, analyse results, and coordinate the classification and remediation of sensitive data (e.g., CPR, passport, IBAN, and cardholder data). Review and investigate DLP policy violations and blocked outbound emails, manage exceptions, and escalate confirmed incidents in accordance with SOC and DLP procedures. Support the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and tuning of DLP policies and data classification/labelling rules to improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives. Prepare periodic DLP and Data-at-Rest reports for management and business units, and track remediation activities through to completion. Perform continuous validation and assurance reviews to assess the design and effectiveness of security controls across endpoints, email security, network, cloud, Active Directory, SIEM, and endpoint protection platforms.
