Oversee digital marketing tactics and strategies as outlined in Marketing CC Manager tab Developing the sales plan and budget, sharing them with the General Manager. Define F&amp;I specific plans to support the business. Manage the waiting list. Coordinate with the sales, after sales and marketing team the successful achievement of brand sales and marketing objectives. Evaluate &amp; reward performances of sales people and marketing team with Sales Manager and Marketing Manager in coordination with General Manager. Coordinate through regular meetings (at least monthly) the information and communication flow between Sales, Marketing and After-sales team to capitalize on all. Coordinate the brief daily meeting with sales - marketing and receptionist. Manage the communication flow between Ferrari and dealership team.
