Permanent Responsibilities
• Conceptualization and Ideation: Generate creative concepts and design solutions based on
project briefs, developing innovative visuals.
• Communication: Present design ideas and concepts clearly, adapting your communication
style for different target audiences.
• Design Creation: Develop visual content including but not limited to Internal
Communication, social media graphics, website assets, print materials, and promotional
collateral that aligns with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.
• Brand Representation: Ensure that all designs reflect and reinforce the brand's identity,
values, and messaging consistently across various platforms and campaigns.
• Creative Ideation: Brainstorm and collaborate with the team to generate innovative ideas
and concepts that elevate the brand and engage the target audience effectively.
• Content Creation: Generate visually appealing and engaging content specifically tailored for
social media platforms, utilizing design tools and industry-relevant software.
Skills
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative & Marketing team, as well as cross-
functionally with other departments, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing
campaigns.
• Adaptation and Optimization: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices,
and apply them to optimize and enhance design output continuously.
