Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HR Business Partner acts as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, working proactively to develop integrated solutions that help drive business results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.
  • Consult with line management on performance management issues, including implementation of performance improvement plans.
  • Support and manage employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Drive the organizational culture and engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to facilitate training and development programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics to drive business performance and provide insights to management.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and support organizational effectiveness.
  • Act as a change agent in the organization to drive people initiatives and enhance workforce performance.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence leadership and manage difficult conversations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years and maximum of 10 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a business partnering capacity.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Proven track record of managing complex employee relations issues.
  • Previous experience in a multi-national organization is an advantage.
