Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HR Business Partner acts as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, working proactively to develop integrated solutions that help drive business results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.
- Consult with line management on performance management issues, including implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Support and manage employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Drive the organizational culture and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR teams to facilitate training and development programs.
- Analyze HR metrics to drive business performance and provide insights to management.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and support organizational effectiveness.
- Act as a change agent in the organization to drive people initiatives and enhance workforce performance.
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence leadership and manage difficult conversations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years and maximum of 10 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a business partnering capacity.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Proven track record of managing complex employee relations issues.
- Previous experience in a multi-national organization is an advantage.
