<span>Beond is the world's first premium leisure airline, redefining leisure travel through a premium flying experience.<br> As we continue to expand our regulatory and operational footprint, we are establishing a Bahrain Air Operator Certificate (AOC) under the Bahrain Civil Aviation Affairs (BCAA).<br> We are seeking a Nominated Postholder Safety & Compliance (NPSM) to play a key role in the certification, launch and ongoing oversight of our Bahrain operation, based in Manama.<br> The Nominated Postholder Safety & Compliance Monitoring is appointed by, and reports to, the Accountable Manager, and is responsible for: • Ensure the organisation remains in compliance with the applicable Bahrain Air Navigation Technical Regulations (ANTR) and BCAA requirements and monitor the identification and correction of adverse compliance and operational trends across the AOC.<br> • Own and administer the Safety Management System (SMS), leading hazard identification, risk management, safety assurance and a just reporting culture.<br> • Establish and manage the independent Compliance Monitoring function, plan and conduct the audit and inspection programme, and ensure findings are followed up and closed in a timely manner.<br> • Manage safety performance indicators, safety promotion and the reporting system, and provide the Accountable Manager with independent oversight of operations, ground and continuing-airworthiness activities.<br> • Prepare and present safety and compliance data to the Safety Review Board (SRB) and support the Accountable Manager in chairing it.<br> • Establish and issue the Management System / Safety and Compliance Monitoring manuals, and interface with BCAA on safety, audit and compliance matters.<br> A competitive package with relocation support where applicable, and the opportunity to build a premium airline certificate from the ground up as part of a fast-growing multi-AOC group.<br> If you do not receive a response from us within 4 weeks of submitting your application, please consider your application to be unsuccessful due to the high volume of applications we receive.<br> This position combines the Quality Manager / Quality Assurance nominated-postholder function under ANTR OPS 1.<br>035 and ANTR OPS 1.<br>175 with the Post Holder SMS function under ANTR OPS 1.<br>037 and ANTR Volume III, Part 19.<br> The successful candidate must be formally nominated to and accepted by BCAA and must complete any BCAA assessment or interview required.<br> Mandatory • Thorough knowledge of the AOC holder's safety management and compliance monitoring concept (Bahrain ANTR OPS 1 and associated BCAA guidance).<br> • At least 5 years' relevant work experience, of which at least 2 years in the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position (Bahrain ANTR OPS 1 and associated BCAA guidance).<br> • Comprehensive knowledge of the applicable Bahrain ANTR and BCAA requirements, the AOC holder's operations and its management/compliance system.<br> • Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards, safe operating practices and audit techniques.<br> • Must be acceptable to BCAA following formal assessment.<br> Desirable • Recognised safety-management and/or auditor qualification and SMS implementation experience.<br> • Experience standing up a Management System / Compliance Monitoring function in a new-AOC or multi-fleet environment.<br> • Fluent English; Arabic and regional market experience advantageous.<br></span> </div>

We are seeking a nominated postholder flight operations to lead the development, certification and oversight of the flight operations function for our Bahrain AOC, based in Manama, Bahrain.</p>
<h4>Role summary</h4>
<p>The nominated postholder flight operations is appointed by, and reports to, the accountable manager, and is responsible for:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring safe and efficient flight operations and remaining in compliance with the applicable Bahrain Air Navigation Technical Regulations (ANTR) and BCAA requirements for the operational area under your responsibility</li>
<li>Determining flight operational standards, practices and safety policy, ensuring compliance with the applicable regulations and the AOC, and providing effective standard operating procedures</li>
<li>Defining the flight operations budget and overseeing flight operations support, including crew scheduling and operations control</li>
<li>Assessing and reviewing route and aerodrome selection and flight-crew competency, and liaising with the nominated postholder – ground operations on new airports and handling requirements</li>
<li>Issuing, or delegating the issue of, operations manual parts A, B and C, the cabin safety manual and the cabin operations manual, and implementing new BCAA/EASA/ICAO requirements, in coordination with compliance monitoring</li>
<li>Leading crew resource management and implementing the department safety management system (SMS) under the safety manager</li>
</ul>
<h4>Requirements</h4>
<p>This is a nominated postholder position under the applicable Bahrain Air Navigation Technical Regulations (ANTR) and associated BCAA requirements and guidance. Appointment is subject to formal nomination to and acceptance by BCAA.</p>
<h5>Mandatory</h5>
<ul>
<li>Hold, or have held, a valid flight crew licence (ATPL/CPL) with ratings appropriate to a type of operation conducted under the AOC (Bahrain CAR-OPS / ORO.AOC.135)</li>
<li>At least 5 years' relevant work experience, of which at least 2 years in the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position (Bahrain CAR-OPS / ORO.AOC.135)</li>
<li>Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of the applicable Bahrain ANTR and BCAA requirements, operations manual structure and flight-time-limitation schemes</li>
<li>Must be acceptable to BCAA following formal assessment</li>
</ul>
<h5>Desirable</h5>
<ul>
<li>Current or recent command on the Airbus A320/A321 family</li>
<li>Prior experience as a nominated postholder / a new-AOC stand-up</li>
<li>ICAO English Level 4 or above where operational</li>

<p>The Safety Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies across project sites to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations. <p>The Construction Project Manager – Marine is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering marine construction projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role oversees all phases of project execution, including planning, procurement, resource management, construction activities, stakeholder coordination, and project close-out. The Project Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure successful project delivery.</p>

<li>Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of marine construction projects in accordance with contractual, technical, and commercial requirements.</li>
