RLS execution.</p><br><p>3.Monitor production processes: The Junior Machine Operator will be responsible for closely monitoring production processes as needed to maintain efficiency and quality.</p><br><p>4.Troubleshoot and resolve issues: In the event of any machinery malfunctions or issues, the Junior Machine Operator will be responsible for escalation and assistance to Shift Crew leaders to resolve them to minimize downtime and production delays.</p><br><p>5.Conduct regular equipment service<i>:</i> The Junior Machine Operator will be responsible for conducting routine cleaning and inspection on machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns and costly repairs.</p><br><p>6.Ensure product quality and safety: The individual will ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality and safety standards by following company procedures. Ensure the achievement of the quality specification and attributes into the production. The role also involves maintaining GMP compliance, proper housekeeping, raw material traceability. Need to perform FG segregation and rework if any defect has been found. Ensure the compliance of GMP's and housekeeping standards in the production areas. Proper execution of the line clearance and format changes. Ensure RM' traceability forms are followed as per procedures requirements.</p><br><p>7.Maintain a clean and organized work environment: The Junior Machine Operator will be responsible for keeping their work area clean and organized, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.</p><br><p>8.Adhere to safety protocols: The Junior Machine Operator will be responsible for following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and their colleagues. EHS. To execute all tasks in compliance with requirements of SOP's, WI, TRA, and ensure adherence of PPE usage according to facility standards. Deliver all KPI’s in reporting of Yellow Cards and Safe Observations. The Galley Manager supervises all resources and staffing necessary to perform Galley operations at ISA BOS. The Galley Manager will supervise 12+/- food service workers who are Local Nationals (LNs). The Galley Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a 28-day cycle menu per Part A, Chapter 3 of NAVSUP P-486 and ensuring supplies are sufficient to meet daily meal preparation and serving requirements.
