<p>We are looking for an experienced Lead Manager ICA Design to lead Instrumentation, Control & Automation engineering activities for Water Treatment, Desalination, and Pumping Station projects.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Lead ICA design engineering activities for water infrastructure projects.</li><li>Prepare/review Control Philosophy, System Architecture, C&E Matrix, Instrument Lists, Datasheets, Hook-up Drawings, Cable Schedules, and Loop Diagrams.</li><li>Develop PLC/DCS engineering inputs including I/O lists, Drive Lists, Signal Exchange Lists, and Alarm Schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.</li><li>Support technical evaluations, vendor document reviews, and FAT activities.</li></ul><p>Required Skills:</p><ul><li>Strong experience in EPC instrumentation design projects.</li><li>Experience in Water Treatment / Desalination / Pumping Station projects preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of PLC/DCS, SCADA, industrial communication protocols, and IEC/ISA standards.</li><li>Strong technical coordination and project execution skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Experience: 12 16 Years Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech Instrumentation Engineering</p>

Tech in Mechanical Engineering - M.E / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Experience: - Minimum 12 Years to Maximum 16 Years. Job Location: - Bahrain Details of Roles & Responsibilities: Lead Engineer Mechanical with Water, Effluent & Sewage treatment plant knowledge, shall be able to perform the roles and responsibilities as below for tendering as well as detail engineering stage Lead and mentor a team of Mechanical Engineers Lead the design development of Mechanical component in Desalination, Water, Effluent & Sewage treatment projects Planning of engineering deliverables, execution, resource planning and allocation Collaborate with other discipline for proper integration of mechanical system Design deliverable review and validation Lead continuous improvement in team productivity and skill set Piping design with Hydraulics Modelling, Surge & CFD analysis rotating equipments design skill Skills: 3-5 years in leadership role. Advance knowledge of Mechanical engineering principles, best practices and various international codes i.e. ASME / BS EN / ISO / QCS / NWC etc. Proficiency in Plant engineering for preparation of plant layout, GA drawing, Piping layout, Pipeline drawings etc. Advance knowledge of hydraulics & transient analysis through Water GEMS / Water Hammer / SAP software. Handon experience in reviewing the Hydraulics / transient analysis reports, Stress analysis reports (CAESAR II) etc. Participation in various workshops e.g. HAZOP etc. with client and consultant Proficient in Vendor engineering by reviewing vendor offer, technical comparison with recommendation to Procurement team for mechanical equipment and detailed review of post order documents Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to mentor and develop team members Innovative mindset for design optimization and continuous improvement Preferable Industry Experience: Water & Effluent treatment, Oil & Gas industries etc. Candidate should have hands on experience in Water, Effluent & Sewage treatment plant, Transmission & distribution pipeline projects in Middle east and Africa region. Core responsibility shall be to lead a team of mechanical engineers interacting with consultant and client for approval of engineering deliverables and Material submittals. Should have experience in dealing with international vendors for various mechanical equipment evaluation and selection.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications :</strong> - B.E / B.
