<h4>Job description</h4>
<p>You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of our building's physical structure, utility services, equipment, fixtures, and furnishings.</p>
<ul>
<li>Perform routine inspections of premises, HVAC systems, and equipment.</li>
<li>Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems including air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing.</li>
<li>Install, service, and repair air conditioning units (split, window, central AC, chillers).</li>
<li>Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues.</li>
<li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.</li>
<li>Monitor AC performance, gas levels, compressors, and thermostats for efficient operation.</li>
<li>Maintain and repair furniture, fixtures, and physical infrastructure.</li>
<li>Ensure proper cleaning and servicing of filters, coils, ducts, and ventilation systems.</li>
<li>Follow safety procedures and standards.</li>
<li>Maintain records of maintenance work, service logs, and inventory of spare parts.</li>
<li>Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and servicing.</li>
<li>Work closely with other departments to ensure minimal operational disruption.</li>
