<p><h4>Role summary</h4>
<p>The Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical is responsible for providing technical and commercial support during the pre-contract tendering stage. The role involves preparing accurate quantity take-offs for plumbing, drainage, HVAC, and mechanical infrastructure systems, coordinating supplier and subcontractor enquiries, and supporting the preparation of competitive and compliant tender submissions.
