الخبرة المهنية: الحد الأدنى 5 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في بيئة مقاولات. الشهادات ذات الصلة (مثل RICS، CIQS) ميزة قوية.
الخبرة التشغيلية: كفاءة عالية في حساب الكميات وإعداد BOQ، حدس تحليلي حاد، وفهم راسخ لإدارة العقود.
إدارة العقود والعطاءات: خبرة قوية في إدارة العقود، تفاوض مع المقاولين من الباطن، تطوير وثائق العطاء، وتقديم تقارير مالية واضحة.
الإشراف الميداني: قدرة مثبتة على الإشراف المباشر على مواقع الإنشاءات، إدارة الفرق والجداول الزمنية ومعايير الجودة في الميدان.
الملف الشخصي للمرشح المطلوب
مهارات حل المشكلات: مرتاح تحت الضغط، دقيق بطبيعته، ونشط في الإبلاغ عن المخاطر قبل أن تتحول إلى مشكلة.
اللغات: إتقان مهني كامل في العربية والإنجليزية (محادثة وكتابة). يفضل أن يكون من البحرين.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a contracting environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., RICS, CIQS) are a strong advantage.
Operational Experience: Strong proficiency in quantity surveying and BOQ preparation, sharp analytical instincts, and a solid grasp of contract management.
Contract & Tender Management: Solid experience in contract management, subcontractor negotiation, developing tender documents, and delivering clear financial reports.
Site Supervision: Proven ability to directly supervise construction sites, managing teams, timelines, and quality standards on the ground.
Desired Candidate Profile
Problem Solving Skills: Comfortable under pressure, precise by habit, and proactive about flagging risk before it becomes a problem.
Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written). Bahraini national preferred.
