The role oversees accounting functions, assists with budgeting and forecasting, and partners with departments to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.</span></p><br><br><br><p><b>Duties & Responsibilities:</b></p><br><br><ul><li><p>Thoroughly understand and possess a working knowledge of the Accounting & Finance Manual</p><br><br></li><li><p>Excellent understanding of Month-End Process including, but not limited to, preparation of financial statements, accruals and journal entries, maintain reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts in established corporate formats and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principals.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Great attention to detail along with a continuous innovation of daily working of the Finance team under the direction of the Director of Finance.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Coordinate, observe and prepare all operating equipment and supply inventories in accordance with corporate policies and as directed by the Director of Finance.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Prepare Daily Cash Position report and maintain the highest level of investment of excess funds in accordance with corporate guidelines as prescribed in the Accounting & Finance Manual.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Assist the Director of Finance in preparation of all budgets and forecasts.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Ensure the outstanding liability for all revenue/profit related fees (i.e. Management Fees, Incentive Fees, Marketing Fees, Advertising Fees, Royalty Fees) is accurate and complies with the respective Management Agreement(s).</p><br><br></li><li><p>Ensure electronic payments have the signatory of a member of Group B on each individual page and the initials of a member of Group A and both members of Group A and B sign the Batch Total of the payment run.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Ensure strict access controls over unused cheques to prevent improper or unauthorized use of the documents and ensure there is segregation of duties in place to safeguard the writing and voiding of negotiable bank cheques.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Ensure accurate exchange rates in Financial Reporting are applied to the local currency (where applicable) and valued in the currency stipulated in the Management Agreement.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Ensure post-departure credit card credit allowances are performed only by accounting and all such allowances are reviewed and signed per the SR-5 by Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance and all “Unmatched Credits” reports provided by credit card processing company are reviewed/scrutinized by DOF monthly and retained by the Director of Finance.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Approve all journal entries with supporting documentation (as appropriate) and ensure all non-standard, non-recurring entries are countersigned by Director of Finance.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Ensure the system is set up to prevent month end closing without all journal entries being posted, updated or otherwise entered into the General Ledger.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Ensure that monthly reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts are prepared and all bank reconciliations are countersigned by Director of Finance on a monthly and on a quarterly basis; <p>Main Objectives Post holder is required to perform all routine and non routine maintenace tasks on all the current and future fleet in accordance with aircraft approved maintenace schedule and aircraft approved docummentation and strictly adhere to authority rules and regualtions. He/She will be whenever required to support the recovery of AOG situations and to maintain Company and 3rd party aircraft in accordance with the approved maintenance schedule using approved methods and procedures. Main Duties Perform Routine & Non Routine maintenance on Companys fleets & Third party aircraft as per BCAA Regulations & Company Requirements. Supervise assigned Technicians whilst performing their duties. Certify for all work perfomed He is required to obtain company certification authorization to qualify him to certify routine & non routine maintenace tasks on company fleets within the scope of his company approval. Whenever required he will obtain the required certification authorization to certify work perfomed on third Party aircrafts. Perform duties when deemed necessary at short notice accompany aircraft for the purposes of carrying out routine & non routine maintenance tasks. Perform any task operationally deemed necessary to maintain the fleet in an airworthy condition. Attend training as per company requirements, sit company technical boards for obtaining Aircraft Type Certification. Whenever required by the company to perform technical representation at facilities outside the home base. Maintain self read & write continuation training. Travel when required for the recovery of aircraft during an AOG situation Strictly adhere to company staff & safety rules & regulations Adhere and comply with Aircraft approved maintenance documents when performing all maintenance tasks and acquaint self with all the safety related precautions to avoid personal injuries or damages to aircraft structures and systems. <p>The Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is looking for a Prep Cook 2 with passion for culinary and hospitality operations and proven leadership experience. The Prep Cook 2 will prepare the food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>
<ul>
<li>Prepare food items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards; complete mis en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.</li>
<li>Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to prepare beyond estimated needs.</li>
<li>Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment, including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill.</li>
<li>Date all food containers and rotate as per policies, making sure that all perishables are kept at proper temperatures; check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line set up; note any out-of-stock items or possible shortages; return all food items not used to designated storage areas, being sure to cover and date all perishables; assist in setting up plans and actions to correct any food cost problems; control food waste, loss and usage per policies.</li>
<li>Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.</li>
<li>Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.</li>
</ul>
<h4>What you bring</h4>
<ul>
<li>High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>Proficiency in the English language.</li>
<li>Minimum two years culinary or related work experience. Advanced culinary knowledge is expected for this position. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.</li>
<li>Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill. Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task.</li>
