In addition, assist VP Hospitality in periodic management reporting and information.</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Prepares daily sales report (DSR) based on duty shift officers daily reporting of different types of revenues and ensure the completeness of DSR in terms of provided services.</li><li>Compiles the daily sales reports of the hospitality and pearl lounge services into one monthly sales report and share with Finance Accounts Receivables for the purpose of accounting for revenue and billing credit customers.</li><li>Reconciles the daily sales report of Hala Bahrain Hospitality and the Pearl Lounge</li><li>Acts as custodian of non-utilized receipt vouchers and coupons and keep track of and monitors the books handed over to duty officers against utilized ones.</li><li>Controls and monitors the usage of receipt vouchers and coupons by comparing the utilized ones with DSR.</li><li>Receives monthly Accounts Receivable aging report from Finance and review for old outstanding; and takes action to follow up with the customers for collection of outstanding invoices, in coordination with VP Hospitality and as per Company Policy.</li><li>Deposits cheques collected from credit customers and notifies Accounts Receivable/ Finance with the details.</li><li>Resolves billing disputes of the Main Terminal credit customers for Hala Bahrain hospitality and the Pearl Lounge invoices.</li><li>Prepares and presents a daily and monthly Management Report for HALA Bahrain Management</li><li>Updates the weekly Pearl Lounge Dashboard for the Pearl Lounge Management</li><li>Prepares and updates operational SOPs for HALA Bahrain Hospitality as required.</li><li>Assists VP Hospitality in identifying and submitting the requirement for annual budget for Hala Bahrain Hospitality.</li><li>Assists VP Hospitality in analyzing the variances in budget utilization and alerts for budget overrun requirements, if required.</li><li>Verifies the contractual rates in the monthly invoice before raising purchase requisition for Hospitality services and products; and raise any disputed matters with the suppliers.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field from an accredited college or university.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in hospitality administration, customer service, or business operations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.</li><li>Accuracy in financial data reconciliation and revenue reporting.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer relations skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently with initiative and sound judgment.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.</li><li>High integrity, accountability, and compliance awareness.</li></ul><p><strong>About Application Process</strong></p><p>If you meet the criteria and you are enthusiastic about the role, we would welcome your application.
