The primary responsibility of this role involves running the Moodys IFRS9 RCO on several environments/contexts for different units/subsidiaries as applicable.</p>
<p>Regularly maintaining, updating, and monitoring the Expected Credit Loss (ECL) framework, including the calculation rules and engines in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.</p>
<p>The role requires a sound understanding of SQL and related database technologies and a high-level familiarity with statistical tools such as SAS. A strong knowledge of IFRS9 guidelines, Basel guidelines, and credit risk management tools is essential.</p>

Job Description:
? Develop and execute corporate banking strategy, driving business growth, profitability, and portfolio expansion.
? Lead client relationship management and business development, providing tailored financial solutions.
? Oversee credit assessment, risk management, regulatory compliance, and cross functional collaboration.
? Manage and mentor the corporate banking team, reporting performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.</p><p>Qualifications:
? Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
? Minimum of 15+ years in banking, with at least 10 years in corporate banking or senior leadership role within the Southern African market.
? Proven track record in corporate finance, portfolio management, and business development with a strong understanding of credit risk, lending products, and regulatory compliance.
? Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
