Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) program to prevent recurrence of errors. Clinical Governance &amp; Data Integrity Oversee the calibration, maintenance, and quality control of all specialized medical equipment (e.g., audiometry, vision screeners, ECG machines).
