Job Description Key Responsibilities: Perform authentic Moroccan Hammam treatments following Sofitel and spa standards. Ensure the highest level of guest comfort, hygiene, and satisfaction. Prepare and maintain the Hammam treatment area and equipment. Recommend suitable spa treatments and retail products to guests. Maintain professional knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness practices. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

Your Team & Working Enviroment: Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is a 5-star luxury resort featuring 262 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, plus 4 water villas , which encompass 1 grand Royal Suite, 6 themed Opera Suites with private infinity pools, 21 Prestige Suites, 48 Club Mill sime Rooms, and 186 Superior and Luxury Rooms. The resort boasts 6 distinctive restaurants and 3 bars/lounges , including the signature Yamaz Greek restaurant, Fiamma Italian, and Maison Sushi . Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Moroccan Bath/Hammam Therapist in a luxury hotel or spa.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Moroccan bath rituals and techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• English language proficiency is required; Arabic is an advantage.
