<p>The British School of Bahrain (BSB) is seeking to appoint a Teacher of Chemistry to start in August 2026. Experience teaching Chemistry up to A-level students is highly desirable.</p>
<h4>Key responsibilities</h4>
<li>Creating engaging lessons: Plan and deliver lessons that inspire and challenge all students and are in line with the school's curriculum, policies, and external assessment requirements. <h4>The ideal candidate will have</h4>
<li>A degree and PGCE or B.Ed or the equivalent, with a minimum of two years post-qualification teaching experience. The degree must be in the subject taught or a closely related subject.</li>
<li>Experience teaching the specialist subject from key stage 3-5.</li>
<li>Experience teaching the British curriculum up to GCSE and A level students is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Confidence with the use of ICT in teaching.</li>
