<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>Nexa Clinics is hiring a Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team in Jidhafs, Bahrain.&nbsp;</p><p>As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional experience from the moment they walk in or call.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>Greeting and welcoming patients, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing patient records and front desk documentation, handling patient inquiries and coordinating with the clinical team, and maintaining a tidy and professional reception area.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br>Friendly, organized, and patient-focused.&nbsp;</p><p>Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred, ideally in a healthcare or clinic setting.&nbsp;</p><p>Strong communication skills and comfort using booking or clinic management software.&nbsp;</p><p>Arabic and English language skills are preferred.</p>

<ul><li>Conduct thorough medication reviews to identify potential drug interactions and ensure patient safety.</li><li>Advise healthcare professionals on the selection and dosage of medications based on patient-specific factors.</li><li>Provide medication counseling to patients, educating them on proper usage, side effects, and storage of their prescriptions.</li><li>Monitor patient outcomes post-medication initiation, adjusting therapies as needed to optimize efficacy and safety.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>B.pharm, M.pharm, Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution is essential for this role.</p></li><li><p>Licensure as a registered pharmacist is mandatory to practice legally and safely.</p></li><li><p>A minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in a clinical and counter pharmacy setting is preferred to ensure competency.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and pharmacy management software is a significant asset.</p></li></ul>

<br><p>We are seeking a visionary Lead Architectural Designer to spearhead commercial, residential and Hospitality projects from initial concept through completion. <br> In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative design and technical execution, managing a team of designers while maintaining strong client relationships. <br> The ideal candidate has a diverse portfolio spanning multi-family residential, single-family custom homes, and commercial spaces (such as retail, office, or mixed-use developments).</p><br><p><strong>Design & Project Leadership</strong></p><br><p> Concept Development: Create innovative architectural concepts, spatial layouts, and aesthetic directions for both commercial and residential projects.</p><p> Team Management: Direct, mentor, and collaborate with junior architects, interior designers, and drafting technicians.</p><p> Consultant Coordination: Lead cross-functional alignment with structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and civil engineers to integrate all systems seamlessly. <strong>Client & Project Management</strong> Client Advisory: Serve as the primary design contact, translating client visions, brand identities (for commercial), and lifestyle needs (for residential) into actionable plans.</p><p> Phased Delivery: Oversee all project phases including Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), and Construction Documents (CD).</p><p> Construction Administration: Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, conduct site visits, and ensure construction aligns with design intent. <strong>Compliance & Technical Execution</strong> Code Alignment: Ensure all designs comply with local zoning bylaws, building codes and life safety regulations.</p><p> Material Selection: Research and specify sustainable building materials, finishes, and construction assemblies appropriate for project budgets and types.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture</p><p> 3 to 5 years of progressive architectural design experience, with a proven track record handling both commercial and residential portfolios. Technical & Soft Skills: Software: Advanced proficiency in Revit Advanced level, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, Enscape, SketchUp, or Rhino).</p><p> Adaptability: Ability to shift gears easily between the intimate scale of high-end residential design and the complex programming of commercial spaces.</p><p> Communication: Exceptional presentation skills to pitch concepts to corporate boards, developers, and private homeowners alike.</p><p> Valid Bahrain Driving License </p>
