<p>The Lead Specialist, Contracts will provide on-site contract support for United States Navy base operating services and contingency services task orders in Bahrain and related areas. <li>Conduct contract requirements development, negotiation, and administration of contracts and subcontracts.</li>

<h4>Basic qualifications</h4>

<li>Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current, valid U.S. Passport, or the ability to obtain one.</li>

<li>Bachelor’s Degree from accredited four-year college.</li>
<li>7+ years of experience in Federal Government contract management/administration.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in administration and management of major contract types: fixed-price, hybrid, and various cost-type contracts, including award fee.</li>
<li>Proven skills in change management, planning, organizing, directing, communicating, and controlling, with strong decision-making capabilities.</li>
<li>Understanding of litigation, claims processes, and experience with legal communities.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using computers and related software such as Microsoft Office and other common office products.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Preferred qualifications</h4>
<ul>
<li>MBA or advanced degree is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to obtain a SECRET Security Clearance is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience with US military and/or State Department contracting, base operation support services (BOSS) contracts, and previous on-site OCONUS support preferred.</li>
<li>Further demonstrated continuing education in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of State Acquisition Regulation (DOSAR).</li>

<p><h4>Job overview</h4>
<p>The MPM Manager will support the development, implementation, and management of medical provider networks. Reporting to the senior manager or head of department, this role focuses on ensuring the quality, cost-effectiveness, and accessibility of healthcare services provided to members. The manager will negotiate with providers, maintain medical provider relationships, and collaborate with various departments to optimize network performance. The incumbent is expected to negotiate strategically with the medical providers with an objective to procure medical services at an optimized cost and to generate revenue through effective applicable various revenue streams and execution of identified revenue generation strategies.</p>
<h4>Key responsibilities:</h4>
<li><strong>Strategy:</strong> Support and drive the strategy devised by the MPM management.</li>
<li><strong>Develop cost savings strategies:</strong> Aligned with financial savings target, this is to be delivered by the team but also individually.</li>
<li><strong>Network development:</strong> Develop and maintain a robust network of healthcare providers, including hospitals, physicians, diagnostics, and ancillary services.</li>
<li><strong>Medical provider contracting:</strong> Negotiations with healthcare providers to secure favorable terms and conditions, ensuring cost-effective care and robust applicable provider revenues.</li>
<li><strong>Medical provider relations:</strong> Establish and maintain positive relationships with network providers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and escalating as needed.</li>
<li><strong>Compliance:</strong> Ensure medical provider network and contract management comply with all relevant internal and external regulations, local mandates, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. Responsible for compliance of TOM and DTPs.</li>
<li><strong>Performance monitoring:</strong> Monitor medical network performance metrics, including cost, quality, and accessibility/segmentation, and implement improvement initiatives as needed.</li>
<li><strong>Team collaboration:</strong> Work collaboratively with the MPM team providing support, coaching, assistance, and guidance to achieve organizational objectives.</li>
<li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with other departments such as claims, business development, CRM, operations, and finance to support overall organizational goals.</li>

<p>The assistant restaurants manager is responsible for the management support of the indicated hotel outlets. He/she is responsible for maintaining or exceeding service levels and philosophy set by The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards. He/she works closely with the culinary team to execute flawless dining experiences for our guests. He/she ensures that all dining experiences are quick and efficient and meet set and expected time requirements to ensure satisfaction.</p>
<p>He/she will ensure that restaurant quality scores for GSS are above company average and achieve a status of top five in the company. He/she is responsible for financial and quality requirements for all food and beverage outlets. He/she must meet and exceed all forecasted and budgeted obligations within acceptable guidelines. <p><h4>Job description</h4>
<p>The main duty of a Customer Care Unit Officer is to respond to communication inquiries/complaints raised by members, providers, brokers, and payers as per the standard procedures. The incumbent is also responsible to ensure that all cases are responded to within predetermined time scales and are dealt with the highest standards of customer service. The CCU Officer will also document details of all cases and actions taken, in order to make further follow-ups and corrective action as required. The CCU Officer will correspond with Care Center Management accordingly and comply with providing a customer-oriented service at all times.</p>
