As we continue to expand our regulatory and operational footprint, we are establishing a Bahrain Air Operator Certificate (AOC) under the oversight of the Bahrain Civil Aviation Affairs (BCAA). We are seeking a Nominated Postholder Crew Training to lead the development, certification and oversight of crew training for our Bahrain AOC, ensuring our flight and cabin crew training programmes meet all regulatory and operational requirements, based in Manama, Bahrain. <p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Plant Manager</strong> to oversee the maintenance, reliability, and operational performance of our Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block production facilities.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Manage maintenance of automated block production lines and ready-mix batching plants.</p></li><li><p>Ensure maximum plant uptime and equipment reliability.</p></li><li><p>Lead troubleshooting of PLCs, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.</p></li><li><p>Oversee utilities including chillers, flake ice plants, and compressed air systems.</p></li><li><p>Manage molds, spare parts inventory, and maintenance teams.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.</p></li><li><p>Minimum <strong>8 years</strong> of experience in automated concrete block factories or heavy industrial manufacturing.</p></li><li><p>At least <strong>3 years</strong> in a supervisory or Plant Manager role.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of factory automation, industrial PLCs, hydraulic systems, and fixed production machinery.</p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>Masa, Zenith, or Hess</strong> production lines is an advantage.</p></li></ul><br>
