<p>A successful Construction Group are seeking a Contracts Manager in Manama, Bahrain. The company are engaged in civil engineering and building works, with expertise in hotel, commercial, residential and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
The Contracts Manager will oversee all contractual aspects of projects, managing contracts from tender to completion, ensuring projects perform within our contractual obligation and acting as a liaison between clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve issues and maintain agreements. The Contracts Manager will support the Project Managers / Project Teams and attend all progress review meetings with clients and consultants ensuring that our contractual rights are reserved, managing change / variation orders, monitoring compliance with specs and contract documents, and handling disputes, ensuring all parties understand their obligations in line with contract administration standards.
The Contracts Manager will work closely with the Head of Operations and Commercial Manager to contribute to the lifecycle management, and will report to the senior Management for all contractual matters.
