<span><br>POSITION SUMMARY<br>Answer phone calls and record messages. Create and maintain filing systems. File and maintain applicant interview documentation and records. File, track, and process employment applications. Create and type office correspondence using a computer. Audit and coordinate distribution of paychecks. We are looking to hire experienced Transit Mixer Drivers for a ready-mix concrete plant in the UAE.
Requirements:
Valid UAE heavy vehicle driving license
Minimum 2–5 years UAE experience driving concrete mixer trucks , concerte pump
Experience in ready-mix concrete delivery is preferred
Good knowledge of UAE roads and construction site delivery procedures
Ability to coordinate with dispatch, QC team, pump team, and site staff
Must follow delivery timing, safety rules, and company procedures
Basic knowledge of mixer truck cleaning, drum operation, water system, and daily vehicle checks
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple trips per day
Responsibilities:
Deliver ready-mix concrete from plant to site safely and on time
Maintain concrete condition during transportation
Follow dispatch instructions and delivery notes
Clean mixer drum and chute after delivery
Report any vehicle issue, site delay, or delivery problem
Follow safety and traffic rules at all times
Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000/month + overtime/trip allowance if applicable

<h4>Role responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Work individually and as part of a team to cover an assigned set of funds as a knowledgeable and professional point of contact for fund investors, fund managers and internal teams regarding fund documentation, investor registries and AML/KYC processing.</li>
<li>Possess good understanding and knowledge of AML/KYC laws and guidelines set out by appropriate MENA regulators, CIMA and Apex AML policies (if it's an internal hire) and adhere to these established policies, procedures and controls.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Bermuda and BVI AML/KYC laws will be an added advantage.</li>
<li>Have knowledge of all the transfer agency functions including AML/KYC and investor onboarding, share registry dealings, Metrosoft screening, payments, FATCA/CRS filings etc.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the appropriate operations and CRM teams involved in order to ensure tasks are completed.</li>
<li>Possess a basic understanding of fund structures - share classes vs. series and understand the NAV per share so as to enable publishing the correct prices to various pricing vendors such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Morningstar etc.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of accounting related to subscriptions, redemptions, distributions and ensure investor communications are released in line with procedures and deadlines are met.</li>
<li>Establish a good relationship with FA teams and establish the workflow/procedures to ensure the FA team is updated at all times in relation to any TA activity to be included in the NAV.</li>
<li>Responsible for fund audits in relation to any TA related PBC requirements.</li>
<li>Have a good command of the English language and possess good written and communication skills. Understanding of Arabic (written and speaking) will be an added advantage.</li>
<li>Possess good email etiquette as the candidate will be communicating with investors and clients.</li>
<li>Be confident in communicating with investors and handle any situations that arise in line with Apex's policies.</li>
<li>Be able to read, understand and provide comments on the TA related aspects in a fund's PPM including coordinating with the corporate secretary for any waivers, board resolutions required in relation to any TA activity.</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of assigned funds, fund timelines, deal documentation and related processes.</li>
<li>Understand workflows and organize responsibilities and priorities to meet and manage deadlines with exceptional attention to detail and follow through.</li>

Assists distributors in their efforts to sell ACI products and services where appropriate. Keeps current on ACI products/enhancements, competition, and industry trends. <h4>Knowledge, skills, and experience required for the job:</h4>

<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>12 years of successful direct sales experience in industries targeted by ACI (financial institutions, processors, merchants, etc.), preferably selling payments solutions.</li>
<li>Must have a combined minimum of 5 years in either the payments, e-commerce, or mobile payments industries.</li>
<li>Must have a successful sales record.</li>
<li>Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to prospect for large complex sales opportunities.</li>
<li>Ability to understand the business and technical solutions.</li>
