The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience supervising KRAH pipe production operations. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.</span><br></p><br><span>Key Responsibilities</span><br><ul><li><span>Supervise day-to-day KRAH pipe production activities and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.</span><br></li><li><span>Monitor production processes to achieve planned output, quality, and efficiency targets.</span><br></li><li><span>Coordinate machine setup, production scheduling, material availability, and workforce deployment.</span><br></li><li><span>Monitor KRAH pipe manufacturing parameters and take corrective action when process deviations occur.</span><br></li><li><span>Ensure finished pipes meet required production specifications and quality standards.</span><br></li><li><span>Identify production bottlenecks, machine issues, and process abnormalities and coordinate corrective actions.</span><br></li><li><span>Enforce workplace safety procedures and good manufacturing practices across the production area.</span><br></li><li><span>Maintain production records and communicate production performance, downtime, quality issues, and operational requirements to management.</span><br></li></ul><span>Required Skills</span><br><ol><li><b><span>KRAH Pipe Production:</span></b><span> Strong practical knowledge of KRAH pipe manufacturing processes and production operations.</span><br></li><li><b><span>Production Supervision:</span></b><span> Ability to supervise manpower, machines, materials, and daily production activities.</span><br></li><li><b><span>Process Monitoring:</span></b><span> Ability to monitor production parameters and identify process deviations.</span><br></li><li><b><span>Quality Control:</span></b><span> Understanding of production quality requirements and inspection practices applicable to pipe manufacturing.</span><br></li><li><b><span>Production Planning:</span></b><span> Ability to coordinate daily production schedules, resources, and output targets.</span><br></li></ol><span>Preferred Skills</span><br><ul><li><span>Production troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.</span><br></li><li><span>Preventive maintenance coordination.</span><br></li><li><span>Production reporting and continuous process improvement.</span><br></li></ul><span>Work Experience Requirements</span><br><p><span>A </span><b><span>minimum of 10 years of experience in KRAH pipe production in a Production Supervisor role is required</span></b><span>.
